Plus : location, staff very friendly, large room with balcony and pool view. Minus : you need to deposit 100k for room key, no water heater to make coffee / tea, no tooth paste & tooth brush. (Personal opinion) Overall good place for staycation in here.

Exceptional”
For the money this place is very very good. However there are issues with noise (construction was going on when we were staying there). Also there are some problems with plumbing and response via WhatApp only untill 21-22 is ok but later nobody woll answer (there is jo phone). Oh, and therr is nothing to put on the door to let staff know thst you don't want to be disturbed. But once again for the money... Overal is good!

The surrounding quite safe. It is easy to call bike / cab also if you need to travel around. The room may have some smell, but open up the back door ( facing swimming pool) , might help giving air circulation. There's warm water for shower also. For price per night, is super affordable for solo traveller. The room was cleaned daily :)

The Rooms Apartment ”
Its only my second day at this establishment but I observed that the staff here are assets to making this place a popular place to stay while in Bali. The people at reception go beyond their duties to help their guests. Its not a complaint but the only problem I encountered was finding their location because it is on the end of the street few meters from main road.

Not quite as advertised ”
The staff at The Rooms were lovely. Upon arrival, our room was a little dirty around the edges, and the furniture hadn't been cleaned underneath, leaving dust all over our hands. The breakfast options in the restaurant had very limited options, over salty Indonesian food or egg on toast with no butter. No coffee included in the breakfast either. Unfortunately the pool was out of order, as was the 'fitness room', which were the two main reasons we wanted to stay here. This would have been fine, had we been informed prior to arrival, but there was no notice and no compensation for this fact. The location isn't great for tourists, as you'll find you need a taxi to get anywhere. On a positive note, the reception staff are available to help with any requests over WhatsApp and will do so with a smile :)

Bed was full of bed bugs. Was charged with a price over than the room itself. LIKE THE AUDACITY?? PAY FOR MY DERMATOLOGIST VISIT FIRST, MY WHOLE BODY WAS BITTEN BY BEDBUGS AND NO RESPONSE FROM MY COMPLAINT!!!

Отель приятный на вид снаружи. Все работало нормально (душ, туалет). .. Но запах ужасный. И ночью в ванной был таракан. А тараканы в этой стране просто огромные.

The building need to maintenance. For lovely couple need peaceful staying, i suggest search for better staying. A little bit far from else. Toilet not clean as well.

Facilities not good ”
Room was good, but the staffs were not helping. E.g they didn't provide me fresh dining plates and ther was no dish washer soap inside the room to clean the plates. I had kept a pair of my new joggers and shirt inside the cupboard and after checking out from the hotel, when I called them, they denied.
