it's far cheaper purchasing through Agoda. About the hotel: strategic location, the wifi couldn't be accessed, the AC needs maintenance (it doesn't work too properly). TV channels are great, smoking room are available, with 300k rate, the breakfast is not bad. it serves 'extraordinary' features you won't find in most hotel: just like they wrote on their web.

The hotel is a new building and the furnitures still in good shape. Thus the building doesn't have a lift yet. The room is clean and comfort

Just an ok hotel”
We only stayed for few hours at this hotel. The good thing is the late check in, we were checked in around 3.30 am in the morning tha check in process was a breeze. The room was ok. The bath room was just ok too.

Me and my husband, together with my friend's family with two children were enjoying our stay there, The hotel seems new, very clean, and the bed was so comfy! The location is favorable, it's located near Lembang if you want to explore the area. Although the variation of breakfast menus is limited but it was value for money.

I stay 1 night with family and order 2 room. Overall food is fine, room is clean, staffs responsive are good Internet slow and unstable, bed linen somehow stained, one of the closet is leaked. Location is good if you plan to go to IKIP or Sersan Bajuri however the traffic jam is painful. Parking area is not too big so in peak season, you may get no space Despite all plus and weakness, I can say it still ok

Expensive room but the facilities very poor”
Compare to the room rate the actual room condition is very small. No refrigerator, No cupboard, Sharing the twin bed & etc The price that i pay for this room is almost RM220 but here in malaysia this type of rooms only cost about RM120++
