Best in class hotel ”
Stayed here for one night as I was visiting universal studios. The hotel is right outside if the station and in front of the park itself which made it so convenient. They provide all the amenities and necessities you need and more. The soaps and shampoos they use smell divine so you don't have to bring your own. They provide pajamas for you to wear, which you can wear to go to the spa. The spa is a nice bonus, nice to visit after a tiring day spent at the park. Overall a very nice stay. The hotel is also located on a JR line which is very convenient if you own a JR pass. You can take the train to Umeda area - which has a lot of shopping and restaurants - for free!

Big room near USJ”
Conveniently located near USJ, very near to the train exit and around 3-5mins walk the USJ main gate. Big room, King size bed can fit 2 -3adults normal size, or 2 adults with 2 small children. Sofa is big enough to fit 1 person if needed. They have vending machine at lvl 14 with some snacks, also have 4-5 coin laundry machines. The Onsen also located at level 14. However, try to avoid using the coin laundry or onsen after USJ closing time, its quite packed. Breakfast is a must try, their choices are good. They have traditional japanese breakfast and english breakfast buffet spread. Lastly, if you have shopped alot at USJ or nearby souvenir shops with bulky gifts and unable to fit into your luggage, they provide courier services to send boxes to your next hotel, or for locals will be to their home addresses, didn’t ask if can send overseas tho.. but they definitely can help you to arrange to send your luggage to your next hotel with fee depending on your luggage size and quantities. Location came as a surprise to us as the hotel was located right next to the train station. Staff was well trained and helped each other out if a customer was trying to communicate in English. Room was clean and we really enjoyed the view in the room.

I’ve been staying in Singulari everytime i visit USJ, the best part of this place is the roof onsen, nothing beats onsen after a full day in USJ. Room is awesome and clean. Cant wait to come back soon.

of course the location best suite for visit universal studio Japan!! for visitor, its better to buy JR rail pass to enjoy the complimentary ride with JR line, and buy metro pass for more discount, this trip are worth to me. I love the spa too, breakfast are well done as well.

Location is excellent. The hotel is literally connected to the train station. A lot of restaurants, convenience store, and a pharmacy nearby. The rooms are clean and it’s not too small unlike the normal rooms in Japan. 👍🏼

Great for USJ”
The hotel is located right next to the train station. Once getting out the station, it takes less than 30 seconds to get to the front desk. The crowd monitor in the hotel is not accurate. The breakfast is super crowded during weekend even around 7:30 am; once getting in, the staff will assign you a seat. The line to get food is not controlled and the hallway space at the food area is very narrow. It’s not a pleasant experience to get food. During weekday, there is not much crowd and you can find a seat on your own; the line to get food is very small and not a mess like the weekend. The sky spa is not natural hot spring but hot water. It’s still nice and relaxing. The bathroom’s ventilation doesn’t seem like it’s cleaned often and you can see dust all over it. The room I stayed is on a higher floor and had a nice view on the river. Overall, the hotel is nice.

There are a bunch of hotels next to Universal Studio Japan, and it only takes 10seconds to get in to the hotel once you get out of the train. Beautiful river view and also a nice environment to stay.

This hotel was perfect!! The location is amazing for a weekend of exploring all that Osaka has to offer. A 3 minute walk from the entrance of Universal Studios, plenty of food/shops, and a train station at its steps. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is right on the Universal Walk. Room is big and nice. Breakfast is okay. They also provide free onsen on the 14F. Perfect place to relax and chill out after a long a tiring day at the Universal Studio.
