Beautiful landscape, serene and great staff”
We had dinner while watching the sunset. The food was superb. They served the best apple pie i have ever tasted. The mushroom soup was simply delicious. The breakfast they served every morning was scrumptious and the coffee was good. The Valley was beautifully landscaped, great for children as there is a swimming pool, a bird park, a deer park and playground. The rooms are designed to suit different age. Love to stay in the caravan residence on my next trip. As The Valley is situated on the hilly area of Dago Pakar, the view was mersmerizing especially during sunset and sunrise. My 5-day stay has been great. Has already book The Valley for my next trip to Bandung.

Hotel with spectacular view from the restaurant.”
The location is a little out of place. The room are clean enough. The towels are smelly. Water temperature are inconsistent. The best part or the hotel is the restaurant, view is spectacular. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. The facilities of the hotel is also very good. A lot of outdoor activities available, there is even a mini golf driving range. Recommended hotel.

Beautiful Place!”
This place is nicer than the pictures shown in Agoda! The service is fantastic, and the view is to die for! Only con is that there seems to be endless trail of ants in my room, need to do some pest control. But overall the experience is great still! Breakfast buffet spread is great!

Good hotel, nice location with a good view, clean room and deliciuos of food But need to improve for staff in the restaurant, unfriendly when they give the service, they need to learn how to talk to the guest Sangat tidak terkesan dengan pelayanan para staff di restoran yang sangat tidak ramah dengan tamu, cara berbicara dengan nada ketus membuat tamu enggan utk berkomunikasi, wajah yg sangat tidak enak di pandang membuat tamu malas utk bertegur sapa Harap di perbaiki attitude dari staff hotel

The Valley Resort Hotel at Bandung has always been our family most preferred place to go to for a short weekend vacation (1 max 2 nights) if we are looking for one stop resort where you have good quality rooms for family with small kids, plenty of activities for the children (mini bird zoo, playground, horse riding, ATV ride, driving range), 3 choices of restaurant. Thus no hustle of getting around Bandung where the road can be very jammed on weekends. Advise to the resort management: check from time to time the hotel staffs and how they attend to your guests needs as well as giving the warmth welcoming feeling. Thats very important. Overall Valley resort still my top destination in Bandung.

Good place to relax and be active at the same time”
We had a great stay at the Valley. The location on top of a mountain means that there is better air, a nice view both during the day and night on the city of Bandung. The staff was very friendly. There are a number of activities that can be done in the hotel/resort. Such as golfing, or some fun activities like riding an ATV. The pool and karaoke room is nice as well. The restaurant connected to the restaurant can be recommended as well. Travel time by car into central Bandung is only 20 minutes. We did a lot of activities also in the vicinity of the hotel. Can be recommended for business travellers as well as families. Rooms very very clean and the standard high.

Amazing View, Great Adventure Park and Food ”
This is the first time I arrived in a hotel that I want to give a great review score! The hotel is located on Dago Hill with superb valley view. Room is clean, good size, and has amazing view. 1 side of the room can be fully opened, allowing fresh air going inside the room. Lift going down to the room also offers a unique experience. The hotel also has a very well maintained adventure park & golf driving range. Its a bit pricy, but it suit the quality and service offered. Food on the restaurant and breakfast also very good. The only cons here is the limited parking space.

Lovely hotel with great view & facility”
The hotel has several outdoor recreational facilities, such as; segway, golf driving range, buggy car, etc. The hotel is located near with many great restaurant with nice view (including the hotel restaurant itself). It's also located with many good factory outlets such as Polo Ralph, Nike, etc (at Dago area)about 2 km from the hotel. The room ambiance & view are superb, especially the night view from the room hotel balcony. The breakfast is excellent because there are many variety of the food (Western, Asian, local food, cakes, etc.) In overall, I would strongly recommend other guest to stay at this hotel whenever visit Bandung.

This resort located not far from dago area, but the surrounding was very lovely. The resort has several nice restaurant surround the area, the rooms are great, my advice is you can choose ilalang or bamboe rooms, me personally liked ilalang. those are rooms with balcony. The bed itself for me is not to good, the size is small, yet it is the biggest bed they had. I cut my self twice by bumping on the bed ledge, maybe the management can think something else to change the shape of the bed legde. The breakfast was good, the price tag on the bistro menu is too high for me, but there is a sundanesse restaurant with a reasonable price. This resort has so many facility for a kid to play, the free voucher was also a great thing to have.

A very nice family resort”
It was great! We love The Valley Resort Hotel. We booked the caravan. It's really great! New hotel room, new design and layout. It got balcony, you can see the bird cage from the balcony. Our daughter loves it so much. The resort also has many animals cage. Our daughter can see the animals. We went down for exploring more outbound activity. My nephew likes the flying fox activity and learn how play golf. It's really good! Really enjoy the vacation.

Wonderful. Staff were friendly and very helpful, food was superlicious, both the buffet breakfast and the dinner place. Really relaxing as we were there during off-peak and weekday so it was like we had the whole resort to ourself. The setting was lovely too. Everything exceeded our expectation. We tried to book the hotel again for a friend through Agoda but there were no rooms available over the 2 months that we tried to book. Strongly recommended for any couple looking for a quiet weekend or even for families as the Valley Resort has something for everyone.

As indicated by its name "the valley", this resort hotel is located in the "valley" at Dago area, far from the city noise. It is very good and suitable for family who wants to enjoy relaxing & enjoyable time together, this hotel provides various activities such as golf driving range & mini golf course for adults and adventure park for children and adults to enjoy. This hotel has different restaurants: the main & well-known restaurant serving European food, while they also have other restaurants serving suki, sundanese food and coffee&cake adjacent to the main building. Last but not least, the view is breath-taking with the scenery of mountains and Bandung City.

Lovely hotel with excellent service”
We arrived at the Valley on 13th of October. It was our first time to Bundung. This hotel was recommended by an Indonesian friend for its excellent alfresco dinning at night. Upon reaching the hotel, we were impressed by the cleaniness of the room and the cool weather. The room size was just nice for a family of 4. The only inconvenience is transport. It is easy to get a taxi from hotel to town(reception will help to call for a cab)but not the other way. Getting a taxi is a 'skill'. It will be great if hotel could provide shuttle service to town or popular shopping areas. My family would like to say a big thank you to the staff on duty on 16th Oct, at the reception. I was down with food poisoning on the 4th day of stay and they were so helpful to send me to the hospital. The driver also waited for me at the hospital to send me back to the hotel. The restaurant also help to cook some plain porridge for me upon our request. When my friend called from Jakarta, the reception immediately informed my friend that I have gone to the hospital. She left a message to get the staff to inform her when I am back from hospital. The reception called my friend once I was back!! Excellent service. Thanks for you kindness and help. We will definitely go back again.
