Fancy hotel”

Location, view.
Missing bathtub.

It is a nice hotel, but nothing to write home about. Nice comfortable room (bed on very soft side), but we were missing a bathtub promissed on the hotel website. Breakfast was nice and fresh, again nothing to write home about. We can certainly recommend the hotel, it's worth a stay.

Elegant hotel in excellent location”

Stone's throw away from good restaurants and shopping area

The facility was slightly old, with the heater churning noises. The room was smaller than expected. Apart from that, the bed was very comfortable. Being a Kimpton allowed me to log onto to free wifi, which is a plus. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The staffs are kind and welcoming. The room is wide enough for two and very clean. It has a very nice garden where children and adults can enjoy. We had a lunch at a restaurant but was not too good and expensive, which was a little bit sad.

Great location and value”

Across street form the train station yet walkable to the sights and river. Room was small but clean. Get sauna room, however we didn't get a chance to use it. The staff was very friendly and communication in English was easy.

Great location for an overnight or longer around Frankfurt ”

I stayed here in between flights from Frankfurt Hahn and Frankfurt Main. The bus from Frankfurt Hahn drops you off at the train station right across the street, and the train station takes you to Frankfurt Main in 15 min. The hotel was clean, quiet and had a great breakfast. I would definitely recommend

Dommage, en raison du coronavirus, il n’y avait pas de service de petit déjeuner. Belle chambre, même si pas très spacieuse , extrêmement silencieuse, personnel serviable, parlant français ce qui est un plus en Allemagne. Je recommande cet hôtel

I stained 2nights and I will definitely stay there again next time I visit Mainz. it located right across from Mainz station, walking distance from tourist areas, very convenient. Staffs speaks English and kind. They called taxi and told the driver where I wanted to go in German.

こじんまりしたホテル”

駅の目の前なので何かと便利でした。
水周りが使いにくかった。洗面台は栓を完全に抜かないと水が流れないし、バスタブはカランが使えず、シャワーしかつかえなかった。

シングル部屋はシャワーのみですが、タンスやクローゼットが充実していました。ダブル部屋は水周りが悪いのが難点ですが、窓は二重窓で、駅前なのに静かで、過ごしやすかったです。二人部屋なのに椅子が1客しかありません。ベッドに座るほかないです。 6階まで部屋がありますが、エレベータは5階までしか行きません。そこからは各自重い荷物を運んで持ち上げる必要があります。私たちが宿泊したときは5階が工事中とかで、4階から歩けと言われました。別に誰も助けてくれるわけではありません。重かったです。 朝食はまあまあ豪華です。
