Super location, practical apartment to stay in”
This apartment was a very practical and relaxed place to stay in Budapest for 5 days. The centre of town is 2 minutes away, two supermarkets in the street and plenty of tourist information close by. The apartment is Ikea style - flooring, furniture and kitchen equipment which is very pleasant. The lounge, dining and kitchen are large and very comfortable as are the bedrooms. The toilet and bathroom are separate and there is a good washing machine in the bathroom with a drying frame. The balcony overlooks a courtyard and our apartment had a view over the top of the building to St Stephen's church, but in general it is not an apartment for a view. The balcony is nice to sit out on for fresh air and relaxing. The apartment block is part of a larger complex including Central Apartments, Senator and 7 seasons. All blocks are interlinked through corridors and have a central car park underground. All apartments are similar and extremely well priced for the standard they provide. The car parking is great and secure but costs 15 euro a day. All in all Trendy and Central (we had an extra 2 nights and stayed at Central)were delightful places to stay and to enjoy the delights of Budapest. Tip: the red /hop on hop off bus is better than the blue bus and the Budapest card for 48 ours is worthwhile especially for travelling on public transport and walking tours. Great shops; high end and practical shops like Zara, H&M(change in the weather necessitated warm clothing purchases)and there a MAC store. We also enjoyed the zoo which had lots of animals and they were in a animal friendly environment . - quite a few babies such lions and an elephant.

Very well thought out apartment for tourists”
We visited budapest many times abs this was the first time at trendy and we will definitely be back. Great location next to metro with all 3 lines. The apartment was in the city center on a very busy street but the noise couldnt be heard inside. Linen and towels were clean and rooms were spacious. Complimentary wine was a nice addition

At first there was a confusion when we checked in. We booked for 3 persons but were informed only 2, but in the end, it was sorted & the staff acknowledged we were right. Anyway we were ok cos the staff, Viktoria, was very polite, helpful & very pleasant. Its location is just a walking distance from various attractions like Váci Street, Vigado Square, Vorosmarty Square, Budapest Eye, etc, etc) and if you are adventurous enough, walk slightly further, you will reach Hungary Parliament House, St. Stephen’s Basilica, Szechenyi Bridge crossing over to Buda side). That was what we did. It was a nice stroll with beautiful sights of Budapest. Convenience store nearby. The only con is that customers may find it difficult to enter when arrive. As the reception area was not visible, we were confused as to how we could get into the apartment. Passcode was supposed to be used but since it was our first arrival, unless it was given prior to arrival, it wasn’t possible to know the passcode.

Excellent apartment and very good location in Budapest”
The apartment is located just a stone trow from centre of Budapest. It has many restaurants and supermarket where you can have good meal and fresh food supplies. The tram and metro station just less than 2 minutes from the apartment. The apartment itself is clean and very spacious. It has complete equipment as if it was my home. The lady at the reception was good and very helpful. She has briefed us quite well on how to go about in Budapest. The apartment rates is quite affordable too. Will definitely come back to this place in future.

Great location, efficient staff”
Staff were organised and efficient, something I appreciate. The transfer driver was on time, a good driver and friendly. Apartment isn’t quite as fancy as it looks in the photos, but still very nice. Lots of kitchen equipment provided. I think the only condiments provided are those left from previous customers so you may need to get your own basics. The bed was a bit firm for me. Balcony faced into the courtyard (all balconies do) and about a metre away from the main open walkway so it wasn’t private in any way. Nice big lounge/dining area, big bathroom, separate toilet. Only soap and body wash provided. Washing machine but no detergent - would have been fantastic to even just have one detergent packet as that’s all I needed but you can’t buy it at the laundromat downstairs. Location absolutely can’t be beat!!!

Great value for money, spacious and clean”
Great stay. Was with a group of friends for a two day trip to Budapest. The apartment has a modern furnishing, although the outside doesn't look like much the inside is great! The place is larger then you expect! The location is great, you can grab local metro or a big bus right outside the hotel (5 min walk). there is a grocery store right outside for convenience. hotel staff was also very helpful, one night our fuse went out and they helped us fix it no problem.

!A phenomenal experience ”
The best location in the heart of the jewish quartet! A lot of restaurants and bars nearby and the fashion street located just across the street. We had all the facilities we needed, nice decoration and large space. The apartment was very clean also. The staff was very nice and reachable, Yanush from the reception welcomed us at evening because our flight was delayed. We will definitely come back and we have already recommended this place!!!

Everything you could need in a comfortable new apartment. Lots of empty shops in apartment complex which appears a bit dingy but is in a great location, near Opera house, supermarket, shops etc.

We spent a weekend in superior apartment with 2 bedroom. Property was comfortable and clean. Everything was ok. Also, there are two bathrooms. Everything is close.Vaci street, subway, bus station is just on few minutes away. Staff was very helpful.

A very comfortable, well appointed small apartmet. Laszlo was very helpful when we needed assistance. The apartment is in a convenient location - an easy walk to transport, points of interest, shops and restaurants. A clothes washing mahine would have been a useful addition to facilities.

The hotel was in a very good location near to metro and bus route. Apartment clean and well equipped good shower hair dryer ect. staff friendly and help full.24 hour supermarket just across the road. A little noisy having no carpets in the hall ways.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Budapest”
We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much and would definitely recommend them. We had a small apartment with a balcony on the fifth floor. It overlooked the central courtyard and was very quiet, especially for somewhere this close to the city centre. Being able to come and go close to all the city attractions made sightseeing much easier.

First time last time”
Arrived at street address. Very difficult to find reception. Very small notice in entrance to building A advising go to Building B. Go to Building B need other residence to let you in to access building. Lift to level 5. Office if you call it that no directions. Apartment in another building 5 minutes walk away. Venetian blind cords broke. Safe not working no batteries. TV remote no working. 1 lift not working. Lucky this building had 2 lifts. Only good thing was the location. Would never stay again.
