Just what I like...”

Food at all meals was excellent, hotel was very clean, staff friendly and helpful.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, I like it very much. Wi fi system is not so good at times, we went to dine with some friends from Lubeck in the restaurant on Sunday evening to find it closed, not so good, but I understand.

Quiet, convenient, comfortable

Easy drive into Lübeck city center. Only real problem was parking ... the lot fills up before the hotel does. However, staff gave us an alternate place that was no farther away from the hotel.

Good and well-attended restaturant. Maybe a bit optimistic to announce the hotel is near old-town Lübeck. You will need a car to get there. Or the bus round the corner.

Overpriced, below average European hotel”

The staff we encountered knew nothing, and accidently charged me doubled. If I had not checked my bank account right at that moment, she would have gotten away with it too. She had an overall unpleasant way of treating us, not service-minded at all. The rooms are way overpriced, and claiming it's in the city centre is really a stretch since it's quite far away from what should be considered a central placement.

Gut für kurze Zeit!”

Wir hatten Glück: das Zimmer war echt groß und schon Mittags fertig! Die Lage ist Okay, z.B. wenn man morgens auf die Fähre nach Schweden möchte, parken kann man vor der Tür. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat mit guten Tipps für den Besuch der Stadt geholfen! Das Frühstück war inkl. und sehr gut.
