This hotel is located about 2KM away from the train station (Neufan station). Although there is public bus travel through the train station to the front of the hotel, the service time is not friendly as it starts at 6am to 8pm only. As this hotel needs 30mins train ride from Munich town, it is not really not a convenient place to stay if you plan on tour around Munich. The hotel is basically quite nice and the room is comfortable too. However, due to the sound proof feature for the room, the room's door is designed in such away that it is difficult to open and close. We actually spend a few minutes to try to open the door every time. This is really something the hotel needs to improve. Overall, my wife and I are satisfied with the stay as it is a cheaper option during October Feast. But honestly we are not going to stay in this hotel anymore due to the location inconveniences.

remote area worth the price”

as we booked the hotel quite late relatively, and it was when the famous Oktoberfest period, price of a room in münich was higher than high. luckly there is a Ubahn (u6 maybe) terminal nearby,since we rent a car,remote area turned into a benifit to us, just a few mins driving and half a euro per day for the parking. whole area was extremly quiet, recomend if you drive there.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location is 2 km from train station, however, there are nearby bus stops which you can take to the train station or subway station but it is difficult when you stay during public holiday like new year because the bus didn't run in 1st of January. Anyway, the environment is superb! The facilities are very poor, no kettle and no room service that sometimes it's difficult to find opened restaurant during holiday. It costs €32 in order to get to airport by taxi that is a bit pricey in my opinion.

When I reached the Dietersheimer Strasse 58 in Munich I discovered that the hotel is actually 25 kilometer away. Due to heavy traffic I lost 1 hour valuable time. Further more I was shocked and surprised to discover that there are not enough tables and chairs at the morning buffet. I had to wait more than 30 minutes before I managed to get a seat to finally have breakfast. This is unacceptable for an airport hotel catering for also for guest visiting the nearby exhibition.

Service is noth there strength”

Service should be better. Hairdryer was defect and nobody cares about to repair or to substitute it - so better check it out first and ask for one at the reception. Try to call the reception - maybe you figure out how to reach them, there is no guide about dial codes etc. For a drink at the bar which is basically the lobby don`t forget your jacket, especially during winter time. I think in summer time they have a great terrace/garden, there it might be nice. Take your time, the service is not the quickest. At least it is quiet.

Rooms were old, paint coming off everyroom. Small tiny beds, rust in the shower equipment. Low lightning. Staff was unfriendly and not very helpfull.

Wrong choice”

1.Can't cancel once booked at at all,even two weeks ahead, careful!!! 2. Too far to the Airport, take 27 Euro one way, will be more than 50 Euro for double. 3. Room is so small!
