Unclean”

Rats running around in the ceiling at night and leaving droppings in the beds. The photos are outdated and misleading. Floors unswept and all of the dorms were in a state of disarray. Staff was inattentive and did not attempt to clean room, provide any sheets and also refused to refund when requested.

Great Location”

This hostel is located in the hearth of ubud market street. The market close in the evening and nights are very quiet. The only big problem are the rooster which live downstair. They sing every morning from 6 o clock and they never stop. I saw a few people changing hostel for that. And I couldnt spend more than 2 nights there....but anyway it had been a good reason to wake up early and visit Ubud.

The location of the hostel is great,it's just with 2 minutes' walking to the city center-Ubud Market,a few of minutes' walking to others such as nice pub,western restaurant and monkey forest.They also have some tourist information about hiking,one day package tour...Anyway,it's a cheap place to stay in Ubed,but so sweet accommodation.

Very good hostel with nice spot”

The hostel itself is located inside the ubud market so you can go everywhere by walk. The staff pretty much not there, but you can find them at bamboo restaurant just at the main road close to the hostel (where you can have breakfast as well). This is already my 4th or 5th time here and never ever disappointed

Back to basics”

The hostel is in a great location - at the end of Ubud market, just off the Main Street in Ubud. The staff were very relaxed and friendly. Even though there were no locks on any of the doors, the hostel felt extremely safe, and a member of staff were always around. The hostel also offered lockers for IDR50,000 deposit. Bed were very comfortable and spacious - each individual has their own pod area with a light and a socket. The drawbacks of the hostel were the lack of WiFi - which was "broken" for all three days of our stay and the cold showers. If you don't mind living in a basic way, this place is great.

nice central Hostel next to the market, I stayed 2 nights and booked a cycling tour, which was very fun :) It was really annoying that the toilet in my room was not working, so I had to use one in a other room...

Good location”

The hostel is located in the Ubud market. They offer tours and taxis. The bathroom was so dirty no one ever cleaned it. The shower didn't turn off for two days. Staff always just walks right into the dorms and uses the bathroom which is weird. They never close the doors to the dorms. I had about 20 mosquito bites. Not fun!

Pros: affordability and central location (at the back end of Ubud market pedestrian street), mingling with locals who hang out in the yard Cons: mean service, limited privacy in the toilet/bathroom, no signposting (tricky location upstairs of some tenement house)

Good location, Maybe you think this place will be creepy because of the surrounding market but it’s not ture! Don’t worry and if u wake up eary, u can visit to local dawn maket!!

Dirty and useless staff ”

Stayed here for a couple of nights and then changed place as there was no real good point in staying longer. The location is good, but there are other places in the same area with a nicer atmosphere and better price. The staff is pretty much useless, and I've seen them cleaning the room when I left... They didn't even change the linens, just brushed away some dust and sprayed deodorant! This is gross.!! Don't bother staying there, Ubud is too nice for this, find a cozier place!

Unbelievably cheap with free wifi, aircon, hot showers, free breakfast. I would stay here on a shoestring travel! Only downside is the damp smell of the pillows and sheets. I'd just put a fresh shirt over my pillow and all is well! Thanks for the value for money accommodation :)

Only 1 female dorm and they let a man sleep there considering there were vacancies in 3 other rooms. I wish they refunded my money on those days. Terrible experience.
