Pertama saya nyari2 hotel mepet karena memang mendadak liburan, dan ketemu lah uni beach hotel ini di agoda sesuai dengan keinginan kapasitas 6 orang, bed nya besar, kamar luas, kamar mandi luas, adem, nyaman, bersih, ada air isi ulang, kamar menghadap ke kolam, kolamnya bersih dan luas, breakfastnya banyak, apalagi ya pkkoknya recomended untuk keluarga atau rombongan oh iyaa parkirannya luas dan nyaman gak susah kalo mau keluar gak dempet2an dan aman... thank youu

Ekspektasi saya rendah karena gada pilihan lagi. Hotel lain penuh. Tampak depan warna hotel juga ngejreng. Lobby biasa banget dan agak bau. Staff kurang ramah pas masuk lobby gada yg sapa dan saya yg ngomong duluan. Karena full kabar saya di lantai 3. TANPA LIFT 😂😂😂. Gendong balita dan angkut2 barang naik tangga. Pas masuk kamar furniturenya tua. Tapi kasur double queen. Sprei putih bersih. Kamar luas. Ac dingin. Kamar mandinya bersih. Gada bercak air di shower dan wastafel which is bagus! Lokasi hotel strategis. Nyebrang langsung pantai.

We stayed here for 3nights. There was a bit of a smell in our room and a cockroach. The staff were helpful and let us check in early at 5am. Breakfast was great. The first night we were the only guests but it was mid week and then on the weekend it was rammed.

Fasilitas dan keadaan kamar yang mengecewakan”
Kami berlibur dan memilih hotel ini. Ternyata sangat mengecewakan kami. Ketika kami datang staf receptionist tidak di tempat dan kami harus menunggu. Begitu mendapatkan kamar kelengkapannya tidak ada spt tissue dan air minum. Kebersihan terutama kamar mandi cukup parah, bau kotoran keluar dari saluran. Keesokan harinya ketika akan sarapan makanan habis, malah ditanya check in kapan (pertanyaan aneh) sampai kami harus mencari sarapan di luar padahal seharusnya bisa didapat dari fasilitas hotel. Untung saja kami menginap hanya 1 malam. Mudah2an kedepan managementnya diperbaiki.

Uni beach hotel dengan parkiran yg cukup luas. dekat dengan pantai. lebih cocok utk liburan bareng² Rombongan perusahaan besar. kamarnya banyak. Sayang breakfastnya kurang variatif. dan tidak adanya lift. kami keluarga dgn anak kecil ditempatkan dilt.3 paling ujung. dan harus berjalan naik turun tangga yg jaraknya cukup jauh ke loby & kolam renang. Utk kebersihan & staff uni beach hotel it's ok.

Pertama diksih kamar yg AC nya ga dingin dan pintu kamar mndinya terkunci dr dalam kmr 204,akhirnya pindah ke kamar A111, lebih mendingan Kedua, pesan untuk 4 dewasa dgn tmpat tidur queen size tp handuk cm dkasih 2,minuman cm 2 btol, dan dari berikutnya ga dpat Ketiga, menginap 3 hari 2 malam tidak ada cleaning service yg bersihin teras apalagi kamar, minta sbun mandi tidk datang2 smpe cekout. Bhkan odol sikat gigi tidk dikasih Keempat, proses cekout lama, krn arsip tamu hotel terlihat tidak disimpan rapih jd prosesnya yg biasa semenit bres ini sampe 15 menit.
