Good service. I booked for airport transfer from Budapest Airport to the apartment as I arrived 8pm at night, they patiently wait for me to settle my claim for luggage's damage with the airlines. The taxi guy is nice, he even brought my luggage to the first floor of reception counter. They wait for me to check in to my apartment that night, really appreciate it. I check out earlier on the morning (3rd day) and they allowed me to just leave the apartment's key in the room as their reception counter still closed. The apartment is clean, near to the Central Station, got many restaurants nearby. Will return again to Budapest after covid19 dissappear. Recommended!!!

Easily the best room of my 3-week European trip. The room was massive and a great price. Checkin and checkout was super easy (they contact you online to do everything before you arrive). You're literally across the street from Keleti railway station, the metro, and buses that will get you absolutely anywhere in Budapest. Washing machine in the room. Market 50m to the left of the entrance. The view from my room with the massive window as incredible. Thanks to Robert at the reception for his advice as well. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Budapest!

They said there's free parking, but when i already paid they told me when we can park near them. The free parking option was not that far away from aparatments in the Arena Hall, but there realy isn't free parking. And watch out for police, they give tickets very quickly, we didn't know how to pay on parking automat and needed coins, in the mean time, we already got the red ticket. The other problem was that there's no sign on the street and the entry is very hidden so we had problems with finding the apartments, but then it all went fast and smoothly. Rooms are very beautiful and well equipped, clean, nice view(6th floor).

Outside is the bus stop for big bus tours, place is also in front of keleti main train station. Near restaurants,cafe and convenience store. Arrived early and thank you for the early check in we really appreciate it. We will definitely recommend your place. You will not regret booking in this apartment.

Apartments is in great condition and great facilities, Nespreso machine, stove & kitchen facilities, washing machine, AC, heater, etc. Location couldn’t be better, just few steps from bus/train/subway stations. Supermarket, eateries are just around the corner. Only one thing, there is no 24-hour desk so if you have any issues or questions, it can only be done during the staff working hours which is 10am-6pm. Other than those hours, you have to wait the next day to get the issues sorted out. But they do provide emergency numbers (e.g. ambulance, police)

We stayed in the penthouse & wouldnt have it any other way. It was snowing when we arrived & my wife could go on for hours just staring at falling snowflakes through the beautiful glass window. Room and toilet was spacious. Location is key.

This place is really not what it looks like in the pictures - very misleading. Room was dirty. No basic amenities were provided. Toilet tissues nor facial tissues were provided. Toiletries were not refilled. Definitely not a good experience in this place.

接待員的態度非常高傲，房間跟照片長得不一樣，房間溫度超級冷外面大雪紛飛結果屋內溫度不能自己調有夠冷！因為接待處不是24小時所以立刻寫信跟住宿人員反應，很快就回信說會調高結果第二晚一樣超級冷，位置跟價錢不錯但布達佩斯房價不高所以沒有特別優秀！
