The staff were great the room was not. The carpet and the top bed sheet had stains. The walls were marred. On the last day of staying at the hotel the AC stopped working.

Great location but not clean and no friendly HOTEL”
Less than 10mins to access some tourist spots such as The clock tower, Nijo market, great location. However, the staff was not friendly to foreigners. There was some stains on the blanket sheets, the curtain, and on the carpet!! We asked the staff to clean the room every day, but nothing changed! I’d like to visit Hokkaido again, stay away this hotel.

Had a comfy and nice stay during my time here, although it's an 8-12min walk from the station the place is still quite convenient, near entrance to the underground passageway, as well as two convenient stores nearby

Great location if you don't have a vehicle. Parking is a bit of a pain if you do. No usb plugins in the room but luckily they had usb plugs to lend out at the front desk. Decent cheap hotel.
