Location in relation to Tsugaike ski resort is excellent! But! There aren't many restaurants nearby so we ended up eating dinner at Unplan every night we were there.

駅から来る人は気をつけて”
清潔でスタッフの方もいい人だったので素晴らしいところだったのですが、駅から歩いていこうとしたらとんでもない山道で街灯がないところを歩かなくては行けなくて普通に危なかったのでそこは気をつけてください。ちゃんと調べなかった私が悪かったのですが車やバスで来るといいです

安い理由は施設の年数と、スタッフがフロントに居ないからかなぁと思いました。 iPadsでチェックインするシステム、現代だなと思いました。 コンビニも遠く無いしのどかだし、白馬で個室のホテルがそんなに無かった中でこの値段で個室に泊まれることが良いところです

涼しい日だったからこそ何とかなった”
空調設備がなく、簡易的なサーキュレーターだけでした。涼しい環境だからこそギリギリ何とかなりましたが、入浴後とかは湿度も高くなり、少し過ごしにくさがありました。 スタッフさんの対応は丁寧だったと思いますが、また利用したいという印象はもてませんでした。

夏の滞在はおすすめしません”
7月後半に一泊しました。 部屋に冷房が無いため、熱中症になりそうなレベルで暑く、非常に不快でした。 しかも同室の長期滞在者が服(使用前か使用後かわからない)を部屋中に散らかしていて、これも大変不快でした。スタッフが常駐していないため、このような状況が放置されているのだと思います。全ての滞在者が快適に過ごせるよう、最低限の管理はするべきだと思います。 一方で、夏以外の滞在で同室の方が普通であれば、料金が安くて立地が良いのでとても良い滞在ができると思います。 今回は残念でした。

旅好きな人が集まる所”
GWに利用させていただきました。コロナ明けで国内の宿泊施設が軒並み高価格だったのですが、こちらはリーズナブルな料金で、設備も揃っていて、とても良心的だと思いました。ホテルのラグジュアリーなもてなしを期待して行くと残念に思う人もいるかもしれませんが、トップシーズンに泊まれるというだけでも良いのではと思います。他の宿泊の方とのコミュニケーションも旅の面白みの１つだと思うので、旅自体を楽しむために宿泊されている方々との出会いは良い思い出です。若い方、特におすすめです。

カジュアルで清潔”
建物は大きな民家を改造して作られているようで歩くと床がミシッと鳴る風情あり。部屋は清潔。コミュニケーションスペースは居心地がよく、冷凍食品などお腹を満たすアイテムも購入できるようになっていました。お会いできたスタッフさんも親しみがあり、楽しく滞在できました。

簡易宿泊としては割り切っていいかも”
チェックインが夜中の2時くらいでしたが簡単にできました。 部屋は二段ベットのみ。 机もテレビもなく寝るだけ。 個室スペースで快適でもあった。 一つ怖かったのは暖房器具のネジが壊れてペンチで回せとあったが部屋になく暑くてなかなか寝れなかった。 その旨をLINEで伝えたら朝起きたらいつのまにかおいてあった。 LINEで対応しますとあったが黙って入るのは怖すぎる。 どういう事でしょうか？
