    For money value, this hotel give me more than I expected. But the real condition not as same as the picture given. At price around Rp. 200.000 or 13.47 usd (rate 14.845.70) you got enough facilities such as the air conditioning which is central one, the water heather in the bathroom quite good, the staff always cleaned my room and change my bath robe every day (I stay for 3 night). I can’t really say much about the breakfast cause I don’t try one. The cons maybe just the room not actually same as the picture, the lamp on the right side of the bed is broken, the TV still using analog one. And they only use yellowish lamp not LED one. But overall for such price in strategic location, if I have another business trip again this one I’ll consider

    two good points from this hotel only from the human resources and strategic locations from the receptionist, mechanic / engineering, cleaning / room service they responsive and very helpful Other than that, we were very disappointed. we are a family traveler booked 3 rooms, and 2 of our rooms the air conditioner didn't work (bloody hot), hand soap and toiletries were not available, hot water was not stable, and most importantly the wifi didn't work during stayed when we conveyed to the hotel on duty, they were very responsive. However, the condition of the old hotel can't help anything. so we asked the hotel to move to another room, and assisted by the reception we changed rooms on the second day. recommend to others ? dont know .....

    I enjoyed the room, as it can be really dark. Perfect for sleeping. The only thing bothering me just the bed sheet and the water. They're a bit yellow. Hotel staff are very friendly Quite nice for 1 night stay

    Urbanview Hotel Newton Riau”

    Agoda offered the price for suite room in Newton hotel is good. The suite room has large area, two TV, mini refrigerator and separated sofa set with king size bed. The location is quite good, easy and fast to catch up to the central city, gedung sate, and some culinary place in Bandung. Some shortcomings that I experienced, the unavailability of the TV remote control and room slippers, the TV broadcast was only local TV.

    Hotel facilities are quite good, but it needs some improvement. Room is contaminated with smoking smell and very annoying for non-smoker guest. Wi-fi on 6th floor is not function at all. Soap is not prepared well and need to ask for refill. People is smoking inside the aircon breakfast room. Staffs use no mask.
