Great stay in central Osaka”
The hotel is very conveniently located next to Shinsaibashi, an area replete with shopping arcades, department stores, restaurants, and bars. A short walk further will find you at Dotombori. Accessing the hotel from Namba Station is quick and easy via subway. Staff were helpful and friendly and made an effort to accommodate me in English. The room itself is compact but comfortable. Everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. The TV seems to have limited entertainment options, and I didn’t bother with it. I also found the room didn’t get much light due to the adjacent buildings, but this is the city after all. I particularly liked the lounge area on the first floor; between 14:00 and 23:00 you can sit and serve yourself a selection of drinks. It also provides a space to eat if you feel like grabbing a supermarket dinner. I’d highly recommend this place for convenience and value-for-money.

I enjoyed my stay in Vessel Inn Shinsaibashi. Room was very small, but it was incredibly clean and comfortable. Receptionist and staff are friendly. You can get your own room amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, bath powder, comb, etc at the lobby which is very convenient. I enjoyed using their bathtub with the calming bath powder. Breakfast was simple but delicious. One downside is that the hotel doesn't allow you to refill your tumbler with water before going out. I think as a traveler, this is very important and I hope they would change this rule.

I particularly love this hotel because their are very open about helping customers receive parcels prior to checking in, which was very helpful for me because not all hotels are okay with receiving parcels on behalf of customers. The check in staff was extremely helpful and prepared my 2 parcels for me upon checking in. The welcome drink / free drinks at the hotel lobby was also very welcoming! There were so much to pick from! The room is smaller than expected but this is very common for Japan hotels, especially if located in such a prime area. Right outside the hotel you are able to enter an underground walking street called CRSTA, it literally takes you everywhere - including Shinsaibashi, and two different metro stations! Therefore you won't have to worry even if it's raining or extremely cold outside. It also made it so much easier for me to drag my super heavy luggages to the station! Overall I am really satisfied with this hotel and I will, for sure, stay here again next time!

Price is on the affordable side and has all the amenities available. The room is small so if you put your luggage there is no space to walk. It is also clean and comes with air purifier. There is a table located at the hotel lobby filled with toiletries so you can just help yourself with what you need there is even facial cleanser and lotion. Staff is very polite and friendly.

The hotel was great in overall, staffs were kind and helpful. The biggest good point is it was near to the area that has many tax free shop in Shinsaibashi, so you can go shopping freely and just walk 5 mins to go back. The room was a little bit small though.

We have trouble finding the location at first day, but after you know where the hotel is, everything is good. Very close to Metro station. Room is small but have everything we need. Staffs are friendly but some of them cannot understand English. Overall is very good, will come back next time.

Near from shinsaibashi shopping street it’s about 500m , the facilities are very good, they have mask sheet, salt for bath room , they gave our kids towels too and amenities, I like the pillows, the bed is very comfortable. Too small romm but Vessel inn is family friendly hotel, next time I will stay for few days .

Rooms are small but hey, this is Japan is common. Facilities are new. Towels and Amenities can be change daily if you opt for Eco room . Just need to leave your dirty towels and bin outside your room and when you are back the new set will be hang on your door. Location is great 2 metro line below, easy to go anywhere.

Staying for 2 nights here, taking eco room (clean towel was still provided every day). I really like the location, it is just beside shinsaibashi station. For dotonburi, walking takes about 15 minutes to the centre of crowd. The service is helpful. I would not expect more for the room size, its normal for japanese standard. What is more, there is a lot of welcome drinks in the lobby. It's very comfortable overall! Would be back for sure!
