I'll definitely gonna book this hotel again when I visit Osaka again. Seriously. Every staffs in there is SUPER kind. The room condition was also perfect and they offer cleaning service every day if you want. Exceptional location and value”
Exceptionally convenient location in Shisaibashi/Amemura close to malls, vintage clothing stores, cafes, and eateries. Many of the food establishments in the area are open until late. Despite the central location, the hotel room was quiet. Tea bags and drip coffee packets are provided at the lobby alongside the usual toiletries. Would recommend using the provided heater/humidifier unit if you are visiting in winter, as the air can get quite dry.

Love the hotel! Room was suffice for 2 person. BF provided was delicious. Come earlier for BF because the space was limited and you may ended up waiting in line :) Japan's hotel amenities in my perspective is always complete (so does Via Inn) Location wise was perfect!! with mini mart downstairs makes is very very convenient if you want to buy snacks, drinks, food , etc Nearby the station, shops, restaurants, which we love! We will stay at this hotel if we visit Osaka, no doubt! Very recommended hotel

Located just a few minutes walk from Shinsaibashi Station and Dotonbori. Would highly recommend for solo travelers who don't have too many concerns about living in a smaller space.

Nice Hotel”
We were introduced to this hotel by colleagues and we did a search. At first, the location was a bit far from where we normally wander, but decided to give it a try due to the excellent rate we got. Arrived into Osaka late at night and was greeted by a warm and friendly check-in staff and the procedure were completed after 5~6 minutes; talk about efficiency! The room were expected and found that the room was clean, especially under the bed (where our two large suitcases found their home). All the basic amenities were present. The only minor "let down" were the pillows. Only if normal pillows were used, then it would have been a perfect stay. Breakfast was included in the rate and nothing really to write home about, but was adequate for our basic needs as Osaka is full of wonderful cuisine. As mentioned earlier, location was a bit far from normal, but after a few days the location of the hotel did not really register in our minds. 7-11, Lawson and Family Mart downstairs.

Good and simple with convenient access”
Location was superb. I was literally walking to Namba/shinsaibashi everyday, and the train stations are less than 5mins walk away from the hotel. Room was pretty basic; it has what you need and doesn't make a huge fuss about it. I'd say the room was slightly cramped and the bed a bit harder than most (they only provided 1 pillow too) but it does the job either way.

Perfect Location”
The quality of the hotel is good enough. The location of the hotel is perfect. There is a convenience store at the entrance of the hotebuilding. And also you can walk to fastfood sotres, restaurant and shopping centers near the hotel. Most important thing is that it takes only 9 minutes if you walk to Dotonbori.

Least exciting hotel on our holiday in Japan”
Adequate hotel. Pros: quiet location not far from metro station and Dotomburi area. Lift had touchless buttons. Cons: room was quiet small but adequate, bed was quite a bit harder than all the other hotels we had in the rest of the 2 week trip. We ended up deciding to stay an extra night in Osaka, but chose to stay at a different hotel for that extra night.

Good location”
5 mins walk from Metro, easily access to all shopping area. Only that the baggage keeper is not flexible. I asked for keeping one baggage a day prior to my stay, considering my onsen trip that day and I would just take some necessary belongings. The hotel rejected.

Location was great, but need to improve on the room layout”
Location was greats and just opposite the training station. Please improve on the room layout design so that we have space to move and put our luggage. I have 2 luggage, 1 for myself another for my wife. we literally has no place to put the luggage. only choice is to put at the walk way. If we need to open the luggage I need to put it on the bed.

Very basic for the price”
Staff were nice and friendly. Room small so is bathroom. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner that’s it. If he.you forgot anything you have to pay. Towels I bathroom very small and thin for a westerner like me.
