Location’s exceptional. All amenities very handy. Fab view.
The kids got up quite late. the cleaning staff were knocking at our door and pointing their watch to hurry up!!!! Travellers be time conscious when see the sting here!!! James’s was a terrific host. Very helpful.

This place is WILD. GORGEOUS. THE VIEW. THE FURNITURE. Excellent find, wish I had more time here... a month, a year. Renting it as my own apartment, the dream!
If I HAD to say one thing, beds are firm, but lots of people are into that so that's a personal preference - and I could use some extra pillows as well, but thats just me..

Nice weekend in Budapest”

The best thing is location. All visit places are walk distance. Nice host. Apartment is spacious, well equipped. Some furniture are old, despite the fact, that interior itself is old fashioned. Terrace has nice Danube view, however it is seen only standing, but it is still realy nice to relax in the terrace after walk day. Overall, the apartments are really clean, with clean bed linen and towels. The car it is possible to keep in the car parking garage 7200HUF/20EUR per day realy close to the apartment or on the street (but it is also costs 600HUF/per hour and need to find place). Parking is charged from 8-20h on weekdays. On weekend is free.
There were small ants on the floor. There was a smell of sewer in the bathroom, but it wasn’t very annoying. Single beds wasn't comfortable. Some places in the apartment could be upgraded. However, location and price overcome the disadvantages mentioned.

James is a great host ready to accommodate guests ´wishes in terms of arrival and departure. The location of the apartment is unbeatable, next to Marriott and Intercontinental and there is a balcony with a view on Danube river.
The apartment has its charm and antique furniture, wooden floors but I liked it!

The views from balcony is beautiful, this is the center of the City. Apartament is big enough.The most important for me was that we can keep our dog with us.
Smells bad in the bathroom, AC Works very loud. And it might be some problems with parking places near of the building

Not as glossy as it sounded”

The location is excellent. Right near the Danube, trams, shops, tours etc. Room was quiet and I felt safe . The rooms were large and bright.
The smell from water dripping into the tray in the bathroom was revolting. It made the apartment smell like boiling cauliflower. Should get fixed. Many other small things need attention ie. Curtains in the main bedroom don't shut, the door handle came off in my hand, the hand towel rail came off, the plug in the bath doesn't work, etc. I found the bed very hard and uncomfortable. A cotton sheet straight onto a mattress lacks comfort, and the pillowcases are too small for the pillows. Again, only small things that add up and could be easily remedied.
