Very Serene Beautiful place with memorable service”
Didnt expect to see such a beautiful property. Interior and Exterior design are equally beautiful. Traditional Javanese Design with luxury feeling. Similar to those of Balinese villa but much more affordable. and What unique is each room is designed differently with unique Javanese modern Theme We are looking for a quieter place but not too far from the city center and villa AQUIN is just what we need. 5 minutes drive to one of the biggest mall in Solo, 10 - 15 minutes from city center. Woke up late and almost too late to get to the airport, but luckily this place is less than 10 minutes drive to the Solo International Airport. One of the many artistic places we ever stayed in Indonesia. Def would love to come back and to stay longer

We had a great stay at the Villa Aquin and felt as though we might be in Bali! It was a lovely boutique hotel with a very sweet and helpful staff. The outside of the hotel is not the most beautiful, but the inside is everything we hoped for and more. I would absolutely stay again!

Worth to stay !”
feel like home. really calm and comfort. nice place for hideaway. when you know that 3 stars villa/hotel is very limited on its facilities, but you can expect more. even there is no standard breakfast (we had bread & milk actually), the amenities and the service were very limited, and Surakarta itself not famous by its tourism but you still can find happiness in this place.

Unexpected, the cosiest place to stay at Solo”
i never thought staying in solo will be this fun. i found out this villa from agoda and instantly i attracted to the cosiness look. surprisingly, the place as good as its promised. it's like a better option to stay in solo since i used to stay at regular hotel. i love the atmosphere, love the friendliness staff and the best thing is the uncommon look that somehow a little bit rare to find this kind of 'villa' in solo.

Beyond Expectation”
I booked the hotel on unplanned trip to Solo; and it turns out to be a great experience. The room rate is affordable, but the experience offered is beyond expectation. There are only 6 bed rooms in the villa; that gave you a feel like your a VIP customer. The room is rather small, we booked two deluxe bed rooms, but the interior is worth the experience. It modern yet still maintaining the touch of traditionallity. Overall, we have a very pleasent exeperience. The only improvement I would suggest is, the breakfast. They offered an a la carte menu to order, but it took us almost 2 hours to get all our breakfast served. It looks like the staff whose preparing for the breakfast still on training, so it took him quite sometime to get everything done. Other than that, we have no complain.

A great ambience of resort like - quiet surrounding”
A very nice place to stay in Solo, far from the hustle and bustle, with a lovely ambience of privacy and greenery. There are only 6 rooms so it felt very quiet and private. We chose the grand suite which was great. It is a real hidden gem - we all love staying here. It is about 20 minutes from the city - which is still OK for us as there was no traffic.

Cosy little hideaway”
The villa is a quaint and cosy little place. The staff were very attentive and immaculate in their services, really nice touch for a small place. Pool was of a good size. Room was cosy as well, just that it had quite dim lighting but that wasn't much of an issue. Just one thing, the aircon didn't really get to the living room so it could get a bit warm. Room service menu wasn't extensive but it's okay, cause it was really good! Location's a little far from central but again, it isn't much of an issue. It is a nice little hideaway from the hustle and bustle.

We found the room suited our needs very well. The reception we received was warm, the staff were attentive. Our room was fairly simple in terms of furnishings, but it was clean and the beds comfortable. The garden was so beautiful. Overall, it was a good place to relax the soul and happy minds.

Great hotel with helpful staff”
A highlight of our stay in Indonesia. Room was clean, spacious and bathroom was huge! The outdoor area with pool was awesome! The only thing they could inprove on were the meals. They were ordered from 'outside' and delivered lukewarm on our plates.

Good garden ”
My expectation their room is big. I order Grand Deluxe, the room is not like their write in Agoda. I was forced to upgrade my booking to get big room. I like their room very clean. The location is about 20-30 minutes from central city (depend with traffic)

Attention needed to revive the charming villa”
We stayed here for a night and did not enjoy the experience. The villa is tastefully decorated but staff running it did not uphold the standard. Unnecessary wait time during check in, choked bathroom drainage, cobwebs and dirt everywhere in the room. Cold tea and food served for breakfast. The compound is a massive mosquito breeding ground due to inadequate care for garden. To top it off, there is a big dumping ground right outside of the hotel and it gives off foul smell. What a pity to see a nice place like this put to shame.

Tranquility ”
Surrounded by the rice Paddy field and greeneries inside the villa. It is indeed suitable to release the stress from hustle bustle. I'd give 5 for the entire villa building and the swimming pool but there are certainly some things that are needed to be improved. First, the bed sheet. There are many mold on the bed sheet. Second, the ants. It usually never happened when you keep some cakes or snacks in a hotel room then a group of ants come but when I left my sweet pastry on the table overnight, there were lots of ants came in.
