Staf ramah dan villa bersih”

Untuk villa nya bagus.. bersih. view nya juga bagus bgt kelihatan gunung dan pohon2. indah bgt pokoknya. kolam renang bersih hanya saja gak ada kolam untuk anak2. staf villa nya ramah. Pelayanan baik. Cuma agak horor dikit yah . Hehehe. Banyak penampakan suara2 aneh. Tpi is ok lah namanya juga dkt bukit atau kaki gunung. krna kita rame2 jdi walaupun horor jdinya gak takut.. next insya Allah klo liburan bakal kesitu lagi

Harga terjangkau, staff ramah. Hanya saja kemarin lantai, dapur bahkan selimut sedikit kotor. Tapi fasilitas dapur pun disediakan (peralatan dapur). Minggu 28 Juli 2019 tepatnya pagi,mengalami mati air dan menunggu sampai jam 10 baru ada air itu pun kecil dikarenakan ada inside saluran pipa air ke villa mengalami pecah. Hanya saran jika terjadi seperti itu lagi mohon solusi agar para tamu lainnya tidak terganggu. Tks

Villa yg bagus, dg view pemandangan alam yg luar biasa.. Namun sangat disayangkan banyak spot lokasi yg tdk terawat sehingga tampak menyeramkan. Dg harga si sudah oke banget murah meriah. Kamar mandi Dalam kamar bersih. Kamar mandi di luar kamar sangat kotor. Dan banyak yg rusak.

Lokasi cukup bagus dan staff ramah”

Pertama datang dikasih villa nomer 638 yg letak nya paling atas, sebelah kiri dan kanan ada villa yg terbengkalai dan kondisi agak menyeramkan. Setelah sejam di villa, air tak kunjung keluar sehingga saya minta pindah villa. Alhamdulillah staff ( pak Iyan ) memindahkan kita ke villa nomer 714 yg posisi lebih baik dan yg terpenting ada air nya. Terima kasih Villa Bukit Awan dan para staff, next time mungkin menginap disini lagi.
