The recepsionist is almost never at the reception table. At the time of the check out, there was no one at the reception table and i have to yell... and still no one came. I went upstairs to the restaurant... there she is... the receptionist... talking casually to the co worker... as if there is nothing wrong.

Hotel in residence area”

Hotel biasa, kamar bersih. Staff ramah dan baik. Makan pagi cuman nasi goreng atau nasi kuning. Lingkungan di perumahan dan cukup tenang. Ada tempat parkir untuk yg bawa mobil sendiri. Kalau ngak bawa mobil sendiri susah tinggal disini karena mau keluar jauh.

Dingin dan Menyenangkan”

Suasana sejuk dan nyaman. Hanya saja di areal villa banyak kendaraan motor yang lalu lalang. Anak-anak senang karena suasana yang homy, halaman luas buat main bola dan ada pool buat anak. Sarapan pagi kurang variasi dengan penyajian yang seadanya (diantarin ke kamar jam 8 pagi). Ada air panas di kamar mandi, tapi tidak disediakan sikat gigi dan odol, hanya sabun, tisu dan handuk saja. Air mineral 2 botol 600 ml beserta 2 cup dan ada water boil, namun tidak ada teh celup, kopi, gula dan kreamer yang disediakan. . Mungkin lupa atau memang tidak disediakan. Tersedia kulkas mini yang berfungsi dengan baik. Ada TV LCD ukuran 29", terlalu kecil untuk ukuran kamar yang besar. Banyak semut, dikarenakan mungkin banyak pohon-pohon disekitar kamar (jangan biarkan ada makanan yang terbuka, karena bisa dikerubungin semut). Kamar tanpa AC karena udara sudah sejuk / dingin, ada balkon dan meja kursi. Overall cukup menyenangkan.

Menyenangkan dan Pet-Friendly”

Saya menginap dengan dua anak kecil. Kamar di Villa Gardenia cukup nyaman, luas dan menyenangkan. Kami mendapat kamar di lantai bawah dengan balkon dan taman kecil. Villa gardenia juga pet-friendly dan tamu diperbolehkan membawa anjing menginap dengan tetap menjaga kebersihan. Untuk sarapan, kami memperoleh sarapan yang diantar ke kamar dengan porsi untuk 4 orang. Taman di villa kayu juga sangat menyenangkan untuk jalan pagi dengan pemandangan bukit. Swimming pool tidak besar, namun cukup menyenangkan untuk anak-anak karena dilengkapi slides (perosotan).
