Perfect for a honeymoon trip for two 😊”
Stayed for 3 days in Danang, and Vinpearl Hotel was the best in terms of facilities. It had all the necessary amenities, the private pool was spacious, and the staff were very friendly! There was a Korean staff member, which made communication very comfortable. The cleanliness of the accommodation was great, and it's a hotel that's worth the slightly higher price. The only downside was that the private BBQ requires a minimum of 4 people to make a reservation, which was a bit disappointing. I would love to come back with my family or friends next time ♡

It was the best experience!”
My friends and I stayed at the Garden View Pool Villa, and it was truly the best accommodation. We had a great time in the private pool and also enjoyed the main pool. We ordered breakfast and dinner, and had them at the restaurant next to the main pool. On Sunday evening, they didn't operate the dinner restaurant because there were no guests, so they offered a buffet instead. They set up the tableware and meals for all six of us, lit up the barbecue, and prepared a delicious meal that we couldn't finish. We were really surprised and impressed. We will never forget the red moon we saw on the beach at Melia Resort on the last night. All the staff members were friendly, especially the person who took great photos for us at the beach sunbeds, and the electric car driver who took us around the resort. They promptly fixed the door lock and pool lights when we contacted them. The staff at the lobby and restaurant were also very kind, and we have wonderful memories. We promised each other that we will come back here next time.

I added one night through Agoda before taking a flight after booking two nights on Expedia. I stayed in a room with an ocean view for two nights and a garden view for one night. I tried to use various facilities at the hotel as much as possible. I attended a stretching class every morning and reserved and used a private hot spring. The staff were very friendly and answered even difficult questions as kindly as possible. I visited this hotel five years ago, and it remains a comfortable and cozy place to stay.

Beautiful Villa but......”
My wife and I stayed here with my parents for two nights. The villa itself was beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool. We just felt there were a few balls dropped in terms of what they provide guests. There were six phones in our villa but only two towels for the pool. The kitchen was large but had no kitchen equipment like cups for everyone or cutlery. I also would not recommend going for the Italian food at the restaurant as it was pretty terrible. I'm not a man who complains often, and especially about the standard of Italian food in a Vietnamese resort, but when there are about twenty Italian options on the menu and the lasagna has hot dogs in it, I have to mention it. The staff were excellent but I would say you can probably find a cheaper airport transfer than the one they provided. Pool time at the villa was fantastic though.

Less than 10 min away from the Cam Ranh int'l airport by taxi (7 seat taxi cost less than 200K VND). While all villas of this resort have private pool each. There is 1 open pool next to the beach. Who just want to have a relax and quiet holiday than busy visiting and traveling, this is a good choice.

It was the worst service and staff I've ever been to. For currency exchange, I asked the reception woman to exchange money, but before checking the exchange money, I ask the customer to sign it first. The right thing is After checking the amount of exchange, the customer signs the exchange first. If the exchange rate is different, do I have to sign it then? And when I checked out, the staff's customer handling attitude was terrible, and I kept the customer waiting. I had to wait a long time to check out. vinpearl Group was also known as a great company in Vietnam, but after this visit, I was very disappointed. I hope you will become a great hotel with better service and staff management.

A perfect getaway from City life”
I booked a Villa here at Vinpearl Resort and Spa Long Beach Nha Trang for the sole purpose to get away from the busy and congested city of Nha Trang. This resort is located further down South near Cam Rahn. I booked the 3 Bedroom Villa with private pool and Ocean view. The single story villa was a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, full kitchen w/ a island, dining area with a long dining table that seats 8, and has a small living area as well. Was well worth what I payed for and the Ocean view is PRICELESS.

Perfect resort for families”
I stayed Vinpearl long beach for 3 nights with my whole family(6 adults and 3 children) Everything was perfect except for the distance to the Nha Trang City. It took almost 40 minutes to the downtown and it could be a significant disadvantage. However, we all loved our resort. Clean and safe facilities, kind and gentle employees, great views and landscape. There was nothing to complain. Especially I'd like to praise Korean female worker. Her name is Su-Jeong, Huh. She helped me so much that I could handle small problems in there. On the second day, my pool's lights went out. So I asked to fix them. Two male workers came to my pool and tried to fix 3 lights but only two lights turned on. They said sorry. I didn't know what to say because I saw them doing their best to fix the problem. I was so moved by their attitude. To me, Vinpearl long beach was very close to heaven.

An excellent place to spend your time , if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday , that was our main for this trip . I am SUPERB impress with the entire landscape of the resort , the staff service , everything was great . The only down point was it's abit far from the town , and the food choices is not that much . Other than that , everything was great . I will still go back if I were to travel to Nha Trang again .

Nice resort but short on amenities and food is somewhat lacking...”
We visited the Vinpearl resort in early January and although the grounds were nice and our villa quite spacious with 2 bedrooms and a pool, for the amount that you pay, there are much nicer resorts to be had elsewhere in Nha Trang. Go to the Mia Resort instead! Other than just a pool for entertainment, there is nothing else to do at this resort. There are no organized tours to Nha Trang other than a trip to a shopping plaza, and the beach is not usable due to the high waves and the rough waters. The food at the resort is good for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner there isn't any other options other than room service and the buffet at dinner (which does not offer very good food choices or quality of food). The staff tried their best to be a 5 star resort, but the Vinpearl is more of a 3-4 star resort if compared to North American standards. Special thanks goes out to Bao, Hong and Moon at the front reception desk who did an exceptional job at the resort!

Staff are very nice there. Some of the staff speak English very well. Many Korean travelers and they are nice to talk. Staff in kid zone is very kind, help my gal to make hair style making her so happy. Living room in 2-bedroom suite is big! Kids can run and run around. Clean in suit and around the villa. Breakfast is ok but dinner buffet(need to pay) isn’t good. They restrict people to buy food or drink and eat/eat in suite; otherwise will be charged for USD 50! This seems not good only! Swimming pools( private and public) are good but can’t enjoy the beach because of big wind and big wave.
