Service Apartments, clean, comfortable, good value”
The Vivaldi apartman is great value for money, it's fairly large, bright and airy and the rooms were clean and bright. Front desk staff is helpful, and once you've gotten accustomed to the area you can use public transport to get pretty much wherever you want to go in Budapest. There are buses/trams to take you to major railways stations as well. There are a few restaurants, some street food options and a couple of Spar markets around, so you can either eat out or pick up ingredients and cook for yourself. The apartment has a small but well stocked kitchenette, good for putting together breakfast/sandwiches etc, not suited for more elaborate cooking. There's a washing machine as well, so it's good for those on a long trip who need to restock there wardrobe. Wifi is only available at the reception area, but there are wired ports in the rooms if required. Overall a clean, comfortable budget apartment.

Nice apartments and good location”
vivaldi apartments are very nice place for stay if you don't want hotel. nice neighborhood and not far away from city center. the only problem is street (likor street) because our gps didn't find it. my tip is to find it on google maps and print map. rooms are clean and cozy, with correct furniture.

nagyon rugalmas segitokesz a szemelyzet,kave udito es mas egyebek is kaphatoak ha nem szeretnel kimozdulni.Tisztasag mindenhol,reggel nem zavarnak ,hogy ebredj fel mert itt az uj torolkozo,,azt barmikor kerhetsz.Reggeli lehetosege adott es nem draga,viszont nagyon egeszseges es izletes .Szinte csak hozzajuk jarok immar talan 2 eve,remelem nem is fog ez valtozni mert szeretem a standart helyeket.Egy bajom volt az meg a foglalassal es az agodaval,,mivel magasabb osszeget szamlaztak mint ami fel volt tuntetve.Ez ugye nem az o hibajuk hanem az agodae aki egybol levette a penzt..mivel nekik fizettem.

Located in a very quiet area with no problems to park in front of. Very comfortable and clean, with new forniture and everything needed; the recepsionists are very kindly and professional. Simple residential apartment”
There is no laundry detergent/shampoo/conditioner/soap/ironing devices in the apartment. We borrowed hair dryer from the receptionist and fortunately she was very friendly. The ventilation in the apartment corridor is terrible, so we could smell all the cooking from other kitchens all the time. It is about 10 min walking to the tram station and the bridge. To go to tourist attractions you have to take transport or walk for at least 30-95 min.

Studio très calme et très propre, bonne literie, à l’écart de la circulation et de la foule des touristes. Tram à 5 mns à pied direct pour le centre ville ( 10 mns de trajet). Quartier agréable , commerces, restos à proximité, et excellent accueil à notre arrivée. A recommander.

très bon accueil du personnel ; attention check in à 14h et pas avant.appt qui correspond à la description. propre, fonctionnel, design moderne. Très calme: insonorisation et au niveau des bruits environnants. Un point négatif : la literie du lit est à changer.

Das Apartment war an sich sehr sauber, bis auf das geschirr, die pfanne war so fettig ich musste sie mehrmals waschen bevor wir sie benutzen konnten. aber sonst war alles gut! auch ruhige umgebung, aber ganz nah an allem.

AGODA - CHaos”
Meine Kritik geht an den Agoda Service. Man hat uns durchgebucht, obwohl das Hotel bereits belegt war. An der Reception war man sehr betroffen, da wir offensichtlich nicht die einzigen Gäste waren, die zu diesem Zeitpunkt an das Vivaldi Hotel geleitet wurden, obwohl das Hotel die Kapazität bereits bei Agoda geblockt hatte. Der AGODA Service ist daher nicht zu empfehlen!!! Bei booking.com oder hrs.de ist uns so etwas noch nie passiert!!!!

die *suite* war einfach eingerichtet. in der küche befand sich ausreichend geschirr ( was in budapester hotels nicht unbedingt immer der fall ist). leider war im *wohnraum* kein couchtisch vorhanden. fernseher gab es nur im wohnraum aber nicht im schlafzimmer.

Qualità nella media, nulla di eccezionale”
Abbiamo alloggiato quattro giorni, tre notti, durante il periodo di capodanno 2016. A primo impatto l'appartamento sembra in ordine e pulito ma pian piano si scoprono: mancanza di padelle e altri utensili per cucinare; servizio di cambio asciugamani insesistente; tende non abbastanza coprenti (la luce del sole filtra diretta nella zona notte ovvero sul letto matrimoniale); segnale wifi carente; pochissimi canali tv disponibili; pulizia della cucina non eccellente (mensole e sedie piuttosto appiccicose). Nota positiva: lo staff gentile e cordiale, offerta una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo e pronti a intervenire in caso di problemi (ad esempio nella risoluzione di linea wifi e nella fornitura di una padella). Secondo e terzo dettaglio che han reso comunque il soggiorno piacevole: il letto comodo e la possibilita' di parcheggiare gratuitamente proprio di fronte all'hotel. Nonostante tutto qualità-prezzo è buona. Per quanto riguarda la posizione e' ok se vi spostate in auto, nei dintorni non ci sono nè ristoranti né supermercati. Tornerei in questa struttura, magari prenotando un altro appartamento piú attrezzato e non monolocale.

app.to a 5 minuti da comodi mezzi pubblici”
l'app.to per 1-2 persone è bello e ampio. Pulito ma senza pulizie giornaliere e senza cambio asciugamani. é a 5 minuti a piedi da comodi mezzi pubblici che portano in centro. Colazione ok per la parte dolce. Unico aspetto negativo il letto è un duro divano letto da 1 piazza e 1/2, uno di quelli a scorrimento e non che si chiudono, quindi si dorme sul divano. la strada non è sulle mappe ma memorizzando quella prima e chiedendo info si trova agevolmente. Zona tranquilla.
