Hotel W in Barcelona was an oasis”
This hotel had outstanding customer service. The employees went above and beyond. They even found and returned one of our group member’s laptops that she left in the room at checkout. The amenities are amazing and the grounds are beautiful. Everything we needed was right there. I loved this hotel

I've been to the W bar before however this was my first time staying there and it was fantastic! Great location, stunning views, excellent service and a friendly and relaxed atmosphere – I can't recommend it highly enough. Such a treat for a first post-lockdown holiday :-)

An Amazing Hotel”
The best looking modern hotel in the whole of Barcelona. Enjoyed every bit of it. Only the house keeping were not clean in makin the rooms. They didnt wash the cups, and didnt vaccum the carpet on the second day. Other than that everything was perfect.

You need a taxi to get to places”
Its an awesome hotel with a great view of the ocean. But you need to be prepared to either walk 20mins to the main city area. or cab everytime you wanna leave the hotel. There's a lot of pickpocket along the beach though. Do watch out.

Not worth it ! ”
Wouldn’t ever go back , not enough staff , waiting for 30 mins for drinks all the time or forget your order , breakfast waited a hour ! No aircon I’m our room the whole 5 days was given a fan for our room ! Supposed to be 5 star . Cleaner comes round at 7 pm to clean rooms ? Went to the spa had worsed pedicure ever gel polish all over the shop . It’s a shame as hotel is lovely . Found alot of staff take day guests as priority not actual hotel customers

GREAT experience, I loved the spectacular view, and the professional performance of the W Barcelona team including hospitality and management. Only one incident, but really huge issue that I advise to prevent it in future: The breakfast area(tables)was very limited, which lead to wait for a long time till my breakfast table was ready. Overall, I enjoyed being at W Barcelona a lot and I will repeat it when I visit Barcelona again. Well done W Barcelona team. Thank you. Mohamad Qaddoura

Top Design Hotel we book again every year”
This hotel is my favorite. I like the design, the staff is very good, the bed is the best i know so far. We book this hotel every year, because we like barcelona and especialy we love this hotel so much. The location, the rooms, the staff, the food, the room service, the breakfast, the coffee, everything we love in this hotel. The Hotel is not cheap, but compared to other famous cities it is very cheap, and it´s an 5 Star hotel. the Breakfast could be cheaper, but we love it, and the selction is great and premium quality (you get also excellent ham or hearty dishes, etc.) The best of this hotel is the excellent bed. We think about to buy such a bed because it´s so fantastic. You will also love the excellent amenities in the bathroom, SPLISS-SPA products from Canada.

Just Fantastic”
Due to our honeymoon we got upgraded room which is fantastic. The hotel restaurant was not that great but it's ok. The one of the best thing about this hotel is whatever whenever team which treat customer event. The communication wiz them was really good so I could prepare surprise present for my wife. I'm strongly recommend this hotel, and gonna stay in W Barcelona on my 1st wedding anniversary.

W is a bit away from downtown but locate in a quiet place where really nice for the people want to take a vacation. Can see the sea view and enjoy the unique quiet night in Barcelona. Especially for the nightlife, we had a wonderful crazy night on top floor the Esclipse Bar.

Best views ever from the window while on the bed”
I had a fantastic three nights with my two children... We loved everything in this hotel and this stay helped us to further explore and love the city of Barcelona. It would be more enjoyable for the kids if the outdoor pool was heated, or if there was an indoor pool... as the weather was still not for a swim in the beach...

it is W, as expected, no surprise. perfect view from our room, make sure you choose the ocean/beach view, in otherwise, it is not needed to choose W, there are many more hotel to choose from below the price range. nothing to complain about, it is W, everything is standard, but i am sure there are some hidden gem 3 stars hotel might give you greater value, but W is still W, every W hotel I went is perfect, only one thing i would like to mention, it was too crowded; check in / check out process was a bit long, and hotel lobby seems dirty.
