The hotel is located within 500m of gojo station and the location is quite accessible to Kyoto . There is only 1 stop from gojo to kyoto by metro. The hotel is calm and clean . The front desk staff are really helpful. Only issue is they don't have a restaurant inside . Breakfast is available but you should order prior and vegetarian option is not available ,not surprising it's Japan !! Otherwise this hotel is very good and has a value for money.

Left a different hotel to move to this one at 10:30pm. We chose it for it's proximity to that hotel, but we found the room very much to our liking. The layout was thoughtful, and the lighting controls were excellent. The only downside was that the window in our second floor room didn't open.

i stayed for three nights and the place is close to kyoto station. i can enjoy the night tower view from the room. and pretty much bus stops near the hotel took me most of the tourist spots easily and fast. staffs were all nice and very helpful

The room is huge for 4 of us. We had the best rest in this hotel throughout our trip in Osaka, Kyoto and Nara. Staff were all very accommodating. It would be good if they had more washers in the hotel. Just 2 is really inadequate.

Clean and spacious”
Only 1 metro station away from Kyoto JR station and the hotel is a stone throw from the metro exit which make it super convenient. Was really surprise by the size of the room and the interior decoration is super on point! There is also coin laundromat machine inside the hotel which is another plus point.

Great location, walk to Takashimaya or Kyoto Tower including all the shopping streets. New, feel new and cherry. Nice minimalist design with enough space to move around the room and sit down for a matcha. Bathroom with tub and good toiletries. Helpful staff

清潔で、広さも設備もちょうどよかったです。床が畳になっている所が個人的に良かったと思うポイントでした。 大きな通りに面しているため少し歩けば飲食店、コンビニ、スーパーなどあるので困ることはないと思います。

フロントの方は非常に親切です。アメニティも問題ないですが、ティッシュがすぐなくなり、替えがなかったです。あと、室内は掃除が良くなかったです。東側窓際埃がたまり、ダニみたいな？虫がいました。 トイレも便器横のダストボックス付近に髪の毛と埃が。虫は昼間は締め切った暑い部屋になっているから今の時期出るのかもですがね、、、。布団は大丈夫かと不安になりましたが、大丈夫でした。 他は問題ないので、そこだけ改善されると最高です！
