The hotel is located in a quiet area and I had a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and provided good guidance in English. There is a Guro Market nearby, which is convenient for meals. I have stayed at three hotels near Osaka and this one was the most satisfying for the price.

Great hotel with convenient location near the morning market, 300 meters from the Kulin Koa sign, and close to the Nippombashi train station exit 7. There is a small ramen shop right at exit 7.

Is it safe?”
The location is a little far and in an area with a lot of motels. Even so, I didn't feel uncomfortable walking there at night especially with another person. It is a bit of a walk from the station. Maybe about 10 to 15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and attractions near by which made our travel much easier.

Unknowingly Japanese hotels charge per person but during my booking in Agoda, I booked two rooms for me and my wife and my in-laws. My usual understanding of following max occupancy here in the US when booking is non existent in Japan. Each room had two twin beds and I was asked to pay for two extra persons @ ¥3500 per guest x 3 nights for the duration of our stay. That’ was a big surprise to us. Size of rooms were very small and typical from all hotels in Japan. Breakfast was just ok with traditional Japanese items such as soba, smoked fish, sausage patties, gooey scrambled eggs. Huge room for improvement. Offer more western breakfast items. There is a convenient money changer in the lobby, excellent location close to Namba Walk (underground mall &’restaurants) linked to train stations, 0.6 miles from Shinshaibashi-Suji covered shopping District etc. Get ready with a language App or pocket translator gadget for communication. Staff were helpful and nice.

The staff of the hotel are relatively unfriendly compared to all hotels we have stayed during our trip in Japan. I’m very sure that someone has opened our door at about 9 in the morning which was one hour earlier than checkout time, but luckily we had the door stopper used. One of the housekeeper was quite rude and even sneaked a peek at our room when she came to remind us of the checkout time.
