Das Frühstück war Top und das Personal war extrem freundlich .
Das Essen ist wunderbar lecker, aber es ist schade, daß man an Speisen sehr wenig Auswahl hat . Man hatte die Wahl zwischen ganzen Menüs ( ab 3 Gänge für 49,-€ ) oder einer kleinen Bistrokarte. Da ich nicht jeden Tag ein Schnitzel oder einen Burger essen wollte, war ich leider gezwungen, auch außerhalb zu essen .

Die Lage war sehr gut, gegenüber des Hotels befindet sich ein Segelclub mit Restaurant, die Anlegestelle des Schaufelraddampfers "Queen Arendsee" und das Strandbad. Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig, das Personal außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und freundlich.

das frühstück war sehr gut, ganz nach meinen erwartungen, die schwimmhalle+sauna konnte ganztags genutzt werden...
ich wollte abends etwas warmes essen und nicht gleich ein 3-gänge menue ordern. doch das restaurant hat in der bistrokarte genau nur ein einziges warmes vollwertiges essen - schnitzel+beilagen, da fehlt irgendwie die auswahl, etwas dürftig. wellnessaktivitäten sollten sehr weit im voraus gebucht werden, kurzfristig gibt es sonst keine termine...

Hotel nur wenige Meter vom See entfernt mit eigenem Parkplatz. Das gebuchte Zimmer war recht einfach ausgestattet aber alles was notwendig war für eine Nacht war vorhanden. Sauber wie es sein sollte. Niveau des Restaurants liegt weit über dem des Hotels. Speisekarte sehr klein und übersichtlich und sehr exklusiv und verdammt lecker! Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Viele Kleinigkeiten, die zeigen, dass schon lange nicht mehr investiert wurde, um gewisse Dinge zu reparieren. In der Dusche im Zimmer war der Griff kaputt. Es steht ein Radiowecker im Zimmer von 1970. Alles in allem kann ich damit gut leben, aber nicht für diesen Preis.

Es ist ein mit Liebe und Leidenschaft geführtes Hotel im Familienbetrieb. Diese Atmosphäre ist überall im Haus spürbar. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind so herzlich. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super. Kurz über die Straße und nach einigen Metern ist man schon am Arendsee mit großem Strand.
