lovely hotel with very professionnal staff”
As i was going to bangkok and had my plane cancelled,i had to stay in bahrain for 24 hrs and booked a room at the windsor tower hotel as i was travelling on a budget and a night was about 40 british pounds.After booking the hotel i realise that the hotel offers airport transfer for free and after giving them my flight details came to pick me up at the airport and drop me there the next day.The service was exellent,and they know how to take care of their customers,super value for money,just a little bit noisy at night due to a night club in the hotel

Convenient location, friendly and efficient staff.”
Thyis was my third stay at Windsor Tower and my first as a solo traveller. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and, as on previous stays I was brought a glass of juice and some dates while the check-in process was completed. A security guard escorted me to my room and when, a short time later, I found the television and fridge were not working the same man fixed the problem which was caused by some loose wires at skirting board level. The hotel is located next to Exhibition Road, a once fashionble but now somewhat rundown area of Manama.If one heads staight ahead there is a convenient medium sized supermarket called Al-Muntaza which sells remarkably economical sandwiches and Arabic pastries.A number of fast food restaurants including Hardees, Burger King and McDonalds to name just a few. I do not recommed the Big Breakfast at McDonalds as the scambled eggs, which appeared to be assembled with pellets had a strong taste of fishmeal, upon which,presumably, the chickens had been fed. I had sampled the Windsot Tower's room service on a previous stay and found it reasonably well-priced.

Very Comfortable Hotel”
My short stay in Windsor Tower is a pleasant one. Greeted by friendly and helpful staff, the registration was smooth and the hotel room is very clean. Getting taxi is a bit tricky due to the location. I get the hotel to book a taxi for me, 30min beforehand. The place can be congested in a certain period of time (3-5pm) due to the University nearby. Stayed on 5th floor, can hear little music from the nightclub on 1st floor. Still manage to get a good sleep. Overall a pleasant stay with great value.

the hotel is in the middle of the city of manama. it is close to the main road, exebition road. walking distance or 5 minutes drive to tourist areas such as bait al quran, national museum, grand mosque.... the hotel has a swimmin gpool, bar, and pool tables. great place, nice staffs in geeral, good food in restaurant.

Good and comfortable hotel”
This is a good hotel at a very reasonable value for the money paid. Despite that the room was a little old, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to a number of the good attractions including the Grand Mosque, The National Museum, and a variety of shopping places. The food is good also. I do recommend it if the main purpose of your visit to Manama was to explore the city and spending a lot of time outside the hotel and to come back at the hotel at the end of the day for a good and comfortable sleep as the hotel lacks other impressive amenities like a beautifully decorated or spacious lobbies, big open spaces or well maintained swimming pools (thought there is 1 outdoor swimming pool but it did not look really good). It offers a very good value for the money paid, and they have a nice dance club at the first floor and and Arabic pub and a restaurant at the top floors. Finally I would say that the staff are helpful and friendly.

my name . i teach in saudi. i have spent 2 nights in the ramee baisan. i was very pleased with the service provided. the staffs were all friendly and the assistant general manager, was extremely helpful and professional. he personally asked me to contact him if i need any assistance during my stay. the hotel is at the center of attraction in manama and it provides entertainment for all, young and old.

i will never stay anywhere else now i have stayed here. the hotel is superb in all aspects. the location is great, the food is great, the staff are fantastic, the pool is nice, the music bar is superb. the live acts are fantastic. it is good value for money. the rooms are lovely. very clean, simple, yet very stylish. the bathrooms are lovely, marble sinks and lovely tiled floors. the baths are lovely and deep and there was lots of hot water. i definately would recommend this hotel for any traveller.

Impressive carpet and very clean restroom. The surrounding is peaceful, and many available restaurants nearby . Hotel Food is value for money and staff are helpful in many ways. The swimming poolis too small and shoud be accessible from within the Hotel. But if the pool is sheltered , that will be good enough for the size of the Hotel. May choose this Hotel on next visit.

Comfortable Hotel”
This hotel is excellent for the quick get-a-way person or business traveler that needs a comfortable bed and a place to keep clothes. Has good internet connection and good T.V. selection. Bathroom was in need of some repairs as the fixtures were loose and the shower head not too powerful. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Club noise was a bit on the loud side. It is located a bit off the main track and you have to wait for a taxi to be called. It is within walking distance to a few clubs if that is what you're interested in. Food was good and plentiful for roomservice. I did not eat at the restaurant downstairs, so cannot comment on that. The in-room telephone was not functioning properly and even staff had a hard time understanding me. Over all I would say this is a comfortable hotel for the business/single vacation traveler and I do recommend it.

The booking showed in the hotel register as 2 adults and my child's details were not there whereas it was there while the booking done. Therefore the receptionist said that she will charge extra for the child. Then she said that she will provide a Junior suite for additional SR 50/- and she was very kind enough to upgrade the room for the money paid.

the hotel is in good location, suround alot of pub and very near to mrt, easy to go anywhere but it is a bit noisy at night time and very quiet at daytime...very near to robinson..easy to find something to eat. this hotel is very abit difficult to find for taxi, and the it is seem to old...but it is clean.

I was rather excited about staying at the Windsor because, on the website, it looked to be quite good. And when I arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The shock occurred when I arrived to the room. It was so small and cramped, I felt like I'd have to go outside just to change my mind.

Ok for a short stay”
Only stayed for a night. Appropriately furnished room with LCD TV, minibar, and clean bathroom, but very strong food odor. I could not locate its source, but it took some time to get adjusted to it. WI-FI Internet is good but they charge expensively for it. Carpet very worn out, and old hotel feeling. There are some clubs available for in-hotel entertainment but I did not have the time to visit them.

Nice area and helpful people”
Nice place in a nice area. The bed was hard. The staff was very helpful and gave me a 20% discount to the restaurant. Free parking but you have to buy internet. Received a welcome package which was a fruit basket and water bottles for free. I would stay here again if and when back on Bahrain.
