It’s nice hotel from the location beside avenue and the room was nice. Also the reception was friendly, I appreciate Asmaa she was great in processing the room key, etc. however, wifi is not strong and always cut, which need to be adjusted.

One of the greatest views”
The sea view was phenomenal. The room was very classy and large comparing to most of Bahrain hotels. I’ll definitely come back there next time I visit Bahrain.

Very organized and clean”
I booked suite hotel with breakfast the rate is higher than same rate othors hotel but i give this a try cos its new and access to high steets easy and no traffic Breakfast is excellent and most items fresh, I recommend as most customers in this hotel are arabs the restaurant should have an fresh arabic bread bakery.

Great hotel but only few things”
Great hotel in clean, facilities and location which is close to avenue, but there is 2 issues I faced it. One is the shower water too hot even if change it to cold, and other thing is the WiFi signal is too weak like no use at all especially at bed room, and little strong at living room. But overall is excellent.

The location is fantastic and rooms are super huge. Lovely furniture and the view is super excellent. It is really five stars hotel, but the shortage in staff is a problem during check in and out.

Great location slow service”
Great location good value for money. However, the staff is too slow in the check in, room dining, and I requested a baby crib when I checked in at 4 pm and I didn’t get it until after midnight when I had to go to front desk and complain.

The check in and out of the hotel is too long and it took me 3 hours to get my room ready I arrived 15:30 and received the room 17:30 Looks like the hotel is under staffed and calking hotel management or a Wyndham have no deference

Need some work on the facilities swimming pool soooo cold not good service no Bar not that good spa but the room and bathroom is phenomenal with an amazing bathtub and view over the city

I have stayed previously at the hotel, and it was great. However my last visit was a bit disappointing the room wasn’t clean and the espresso maker had milk left inside from the previous visitor I’m assuming and was stinking no one bothered checking these requirements.

House keeping, parking valet”
The room was very clean when i arrived, but on the second day i drank some coffee then i’ve found that the house keeping didn’t clean the cups well. At the check out time i gave the valet the card to bring my car...after 20 mins they came and took the other small card to search again, after waiting around 40 mins, suddenly they that my car was parked beside the hotel and i was waiting all the time at the valet gate. This is unacceptable letting me wait for 40 mins because the valet who was supposed to bring my car has parked my car away from the gate. I’ve paid money for 5 stars hotel not for cheap services.
