"Exceptional hotel in a great location. Very convenient from ski slope just roll yourself into hotel locker room. Spectacular view, staffs are so nice. What is lacking only selection of food perhaps because we came too early many other places hasnt opened yet so can only eat at the hotel. Special thanks to Aaron, super Aussie dude for being super helpful for everything we needed. We'll definitely come back soon!!"

"We had a great time in a twin room. Very spacious with balcony overlooking ski slopes. We were a few days too early to use the okushiga ski lift but the hotel shuttle bus took us to lifts that were open. Had the onsen to ourselves both days - also overlooking the snow covered mountains and carpark. A great relaxation room too with massage chairs. Food is delicious but rather pricey for dinner. Staff very helpful. "

"The dated hotel is on a higher ground thus having a great view especially when relaxing in the outdoor onsen. However , its opening hour was limited , 12pm-10pm only. The bed is comfortable but the buffet breakfast and dinner have limited choices as well as quite cold. Overall it is not bad but not great either. "
