Beautiful apartment in Barcelona city center”

We had a very good experience staying in this spacious 5 bedrooms apartment. The location is right in the city with only 2 minutes walk to Catalunya square. The duplex apartment has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. They gave us a welcoming pack which is very useful for our first night stay. The You stylish has a concierge service that is very helpful. They help us with booking tours and transfer. The check-in process is easy. The staff met us at the apartment as soon as we arrived.

Fab location”

Perfect location to viist Barcelona. Most of the main attractions were a brief walk outside the apartment. The only issues we had were (a) the address we were given was wrong. A bit weird, this (b) we had a brief wait for the rep who had to travel in - wasn't an issue (c) the TV had a DVD player but they weren't connected. These were trivial matters. The apartment was lovely, the location was absolutely perfect and Barcelona is a beautiful city.

Exceptional”

The flat is in the best location for exploring Barcelona. It's right on the Paseo de Gracia, next to two Metro stations. It's located only a few minutes walk from the Old City and about 15 minutes from Gracia. The flat is spacious and comfortable with a nice kitchen. There is also a lift, which was great, as I was staying with my parents who are a bit older. Highly recommended.

We booked 2 3-bed rooms here for family vacation. Perfect spot as it is nearby plaza catalunya. it bats every exectation we had for a hotel in this price range. they even provided wine and chips and fruits as complimentary. will definitely stay there if we go to barcelona.

Don't hesitate to book this place, worth every penny. The location is just perfect. I will definitely stay in this place again if I want to visit Barcelona again.

Spacious apartment”

Apartment is spacious and beautiful. The check in was challenging as address stated in the voucher was not the actual address of the apartment but the office. I feel that customers should be informed prior to arrival. The staffs, although helpful, didn't seem to think that that was a major issue.

the most worthy apartement we ever stay in”

The apartment is very well located near plaza catalunya, so convenient to catch taxi, ride hop on/off bus , and opposite grocery store. The only con is that 2nd storey is a bit cramp and the ceiling is extremly low (5 feet high). 2 nd storey is a bit dangerous to walk around, especially at night.

Great apartment for 5-6 at city centre”

The apartment is so convenient. The airport bus terminates just right opposite the apartment. It is also close to the main subway, to the shopping belt and close to lots of happening places. The 3-bedroom apartment is cosy and well equipped. Fully recommend to those travelling in group of 5-6 or for family.

Disappointed and Disgusted ”

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment in Passeig de Gracia for a friends birthday celebration. We arrived after 23 hours of traveling from California. Within 30 minutes of arrival we discovered the toilet would not flush and contacted the property managed. They said it couldn’t be fixed until the next day. We were very tired after a long trip and rolled back the sheets and found a cigarette lighter and ashes in the bed which had also been slept in. We smelled smoke upon arrival which was suppose to be a no smoking apartment. These 2 major issues within the first hour. And nobody would help. So I had to stay up until midnight washing and drying bedding. As they did not have an extra set on hand. Needless to say our vacation got off to a bad start. We found the apartment was not well maintained and many repairs outstanding. We love Barcelona but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. We only got a half day refund after asking (less than fair) for the misery and only after spending a lot of my time dealing with this company. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom were tiny. I have many photos of the apartment and dirty sheets I would love to post.

Let’s start with pros. Location is excellent. 3 mins to main square Plaza Catalunya and lots of food all around. The check in was done by a lovely lady Maria who gave us a fuss free check in. They also gave us a welcome pack that even had wine and biscuits and juices. Cons : 1. Unlike a hotel, no daily cleaning service and toiletries will run out. 2. While the place has a big kitchen and cooking is possible, the plates and cutlery had stains. The kettle inside was flaking too. 3. Aircon was the worse. Each room had its own aircon switch that was a bit difficult to understand how it worked. And when we set the temperature to 25, it will drop by itself to 16-19 degrees. What was worse was that it couldn’t be turned off when it got too cold. And when we finally manage to turn it off, it would turn itself on again at 4am. Technician was of no help. Said that whole system is faulty and cannot be recitified without changing the whole system.

①まず住所が異なるという文字が大変小さく分かりづらいため自分が実際に滞在する住所がわからない。実際に記載されている住所から10分ほど歩く必要があり利用する駅も違う It’s so hard to find the words “different address” it’s so small and actual address is that we have to walk about 15mins from the written address on the website. So we have to take the train from another station. ②水の供給が死活問題 まず1人がシャワーを浴びるとお湯が出ない。頑張って節約しながら1人5分程度で浴びても2人目の終盤にはもう緩い。 The water supply is so suck. Hot water is not working properly. If one person takes a shower about 10mins it’s not gonna work at all. We tried to not use hot water when we washed hand or dishes also we take a shower in 5mins but 3people could not use a hot water. ③停電が起きる 朝起きると電気がつかない、エレベーターも使えない。連絡するが、治る見込みがなく、時間も適当に言われる。 No electric supply and also we could not to use the elevator so we have to carry our baggage’s by ourself. ④エージェントの対応が誠実ではない。言い訳をする。 The company which supply us the apartment were so unhelpful also they were making a excuses each happens. They never take the responsibility. Even we tried to call or talk, they always said wait and we were working on it. However it never worked.

Interesting apartment in good location ”

Located short walk between metro & FGC train stations, the apartment is sufficiently stocked although in my visit two lightings are not working hence living room was dark. Other wise it was good place to stay, and there are 24hr supermarkets right downstairs with easy access to buy bottled water. The staff who brought me into the apartment was very helpful & thorough, and was responsive via WhatsApp. However the concierge number she provided had no response multiple times I tried to reach them.

Youstylish City Center apartment was centrally located and proximity to amenities. Juan has been very helpful in giving advices. The only feedback is the lack of ventilation in the upper level loft.

カタルーニャ広場の空港バス乗り場から見える建物がアパートメント。看板的なものは無いので待ち合わせの時スタッフの方とうまく会えないとかなり不安になります。８人で５ベッドルームを予約しましたがリビングはモデルルームのようで快適でした。立地が良く､夏休みの超ハイシーズンだったので仕方がないのですが料金は高めです。人数が多い旅行だと､ホテルよりみんなで集まれる部屋があるアパートはおススメです。数軒先にスーパーや､目の前のデパートの地下商品売り場も利用価値大ですよ。
