i stayed there for one night. zaen hotel is suitable for a small family. this hotel just provided room only,nice,clean,and not far from center of city.

Pros: good price and we are happy with our family room. Clean, too. Shampoo, soap, dental kits, 3 towels, hotel slippers are provided. Warm water, TV, air-con, all worked well. Cons: Towels are smelly (didn’t smell fresh/good). Feedback: When booking our room at Agoda, we chose to ‘book now, pay later at hotel’ (need to leave our credit card details just in case we cancel in the last minute). But when we arrive at hotel, the room is already charged to our credit card. Although it is okay with us, it is better if arrangements between Agoda and hotel are improved.

I stayed on dec 31 2016. location is strategis, walking to1 Jl. Slamet Riyadi only 15 minutes. maybe, need improve for the hotel management. please, include breakfast in your price.

well if you look for a cheap hotel for backpacker, this place maybe fullfil your need. The good thing in this hotel is the strategic location.

Pros: Room was quiet clean, staffs were very helpful, location is near main street Slamet Riyadi Cons: No water dispenser, if you need hot water, you should buy it. No tea/coffee maker in room, if you need coffee/tea you should buy it. Money talk. Need extra pillow? You will be charged. Need Breakfast? Buy then.

Overall I can say this is the best budget hotel for your comfort stay. But please be aware for the breakfast because it's very limited.
