LOVED the Zoom Apartment IF I could get in!”
Everything about the Zoom Apt was terrific,and we would come again BUT... We arrived on the national holiday. We could not get into the building. Did not have a entrance code. I checked our mail daily on the trip with none from Zoom. Phoned number listed on Agoda confirmation. No answer. Had manager at nearby hotel phone. Said # was disconnected or not in service. Walked back several blocks to Zoom and other patrons let us into lobby. Found 2 room keys, both matched photo of our room. Took one key, left the other. Left detailed note on key box with our USA phone number. Never received a call or note in return. Stayed three nights. Loved room, location, everything BUT where would we have slept if we hadn't been able to get in?? Grateful for help from several patrons. One gave us manager's name & phone. No answer though I phoned at least 8 times using different permutations of the phone number in case of international differences. If I return to Budapest I will CONSIDER the Zoom Apts.

Fantastic location, accomodating host”
The best thing about ZOOM is how well located it is for such a reasonable rate. It's low frills but, and it it hadn't been so central, I might have been less impressed. If you do decide to stay here (and I highly recommend it), be sure to ask for one of the larger rooms. They are not much more expensive, but the difference between room 1 (bigger) and room 5 (tiny) is massive.

I stayed for 3 nights in this apartment. Firstly, it was good location and the stops for a airport bus were really close. Also, I could check-in comfortably even I arrived in late night because of help of staff :)))

Terrible experience with agoda booking and the reception of this apartment”
I booked this apartment for 3 nights and received the confirmation of the booking from Agoda. When I arrived at 6:30pm as said in the booking in October 2018, there was no where to find the reception of this apartment because neither the apartment and agoda informed you of the process of check-in. ! The reception of this apartment is not located on the street but have to via an intercom on a small door that barely seen, to call them which is inside a building. Unfortunately, when I call the reception, there was no one to answer my call because there is actually no one to man the reception. I had to call back the Hong Kong support and stayed in the street for 2 HOURS at 5 degree temperature. Then the owner of the apartment finally come and giving me an excuse of not able to contact me before my arrival as he wanted to tell me there is some problem with his apartment and Agoda did not give my contact to him. What a BIG JOKE !!!I will NEVER NEVER use agoda again.

직원분 상주하고 계시진 않지만 친절하고 숙소도 깨끗하고 식기도 잘 갖춰져 있어요. 숙박하는 내내 토카이 와인 매일 사서 마셨네요. 다음에 부다페스트 가게 되면 또 묵을 의사 있어요~~

12월 31일-1월 1일 예약을 했고, 체크인 세시간 전부터 컨택을 시도하였지만 메세지 응답 없음. 통화시도하니 없는 전화번호. 10일이 지난 지금도 연락할 방법 없음. 환불도 못받는 상태. 이딴 숙소가 왜 이 어플에 올라와있는지 이해 불가능

방은 깨끗하고 넓었으며 조리공간 역시 잘 구비되어 있어서 만족할만한 숙소였다 하지만 숙소측과의 연락은 거의 되질 않아 메세지를 남겨도 여러번 불러야 대답을 하거나 아예 답장을 안해주기도 했다.

정말 위치도 좋고 깔끔하며 에어컨도 있고 개인여행자들이 식자재를 사와 요리하기도 편합니다. 22일간 여행하면서 가장 좋았던 호텔이라고 생각합니다. 단점은 첫날 체크인을 할때 비가 오는 날씨에 건물 출입구를 호텔에서 열어주는 구조라 밖에서 5분정도 기다린 경험을 했습니다
