Staff forgot about breakfast”
I didn't know at first but found out this was a quarantine hotel. No biggie. That meant breakfast was delivered to your room. When I checked in, the front desk took note of the prepayment for breakfast. The next morning, they brought breakfast for all the folks under quarantine except me. I called them about it and they promised delivery. Fifteen minutes later I called again, they promised again. Another fifteen minutes elapsed, and I called the third time and they promised yet again. I was eventually given the breakfast of one of the quarantine rooms. This caused me to be late for my appointment. The excuse given was that the kitchen didn't know about my breakfast service. Clearly the staff aren't well-coordinated. I do NOT recommend this hotel and will avoid it in the future.

Okay location but good service and cozy room”
If you have your own vehicle or looking for deals and the electronic stuff and Mangga Dua, it will be a excellent location, it just near the malls there, only 3 mins walk, yet not noisy and comfort. If you are a tourist, the place is okay because it needs 15 mins walk(1 km) to Stasiun Jakartakota/Jakarta Old City, around 15 mins walk to Mangga Dua Square and around 2 km to Ancol area. This area has little things to do at night if you're are an night owl, however the room service just nice, the food is decent so no need to headache about where to eat also... Most of the time there is at least one blue bird taxi waiting there so going out won't be much trouble though, and seems their drivers are quite okay, will follow the meter instead asking for a price. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, fluent in English. The room is quite clean, things seems good for what I see and feel on the bed, and bathroom, just the isolation to the noise on corridor outside needs improvement, as can hear what other people do outside.

Staff is very good, and clean. Additonally, cost paformance is good. I recomend you to stay here. If you go to this hotel, firstly you go to Mangga dua shopping mall, and say to Taxi driver"Please go to Haruko hotel". You can find Zuri express hotel on the way.

A huge relief after reading the reviews by others”
I stayed in Zuri Express for 2 nights. The location is good if you are planning to go shop in Mangga Dua and Kota Tua.The room is compact, clean, working n functioning TV, AC units, water pressure is good, bed n pillows are comfy. Staffs are helpful too. Breakfast caters for Asian clients, menus for the two mornings are almost the same but good. Now others had mentioned about some weak points: The towels supplied to my room were clean but tired. There were mosquitoes, so get some bug spray- problem solved. The only thing that you MAY have to put up with is some senseless "neighbors" who decided to have a meeting in front of your room. When I was there, there was a group of tourists brainless enough discuss about their trip while standing in front of my door....at 11 pm. A ring to the front office solved that problem.
